I would love to have given a better review but I had to cancel my appointment that was at 10:00 am at 1:35 when they still had not shown up I received a call at 12:00 saying the woild be a half hour or an hour but I needed to call them at 1:30 to find out where they were. The issue apparently was a mechanical problem with their equipment. What I am upset about was the poor communication and no offering of a plan to address thi. read more

Cleaning was very poor, you can feel the stickiness on your feet. We had the carpets cleaned in 2020 by Stanley Steamer and it was super clean no stickiness and every corner was cleaned. With Integrity which was hired by my tenant at move out. Underneath the dresser which the vacuum nozel has no problem getting under there were not cleaned or under the beds and again it's not a problem getting the hose nozel under there, and in living room there's a rattan chair that can easily be pushed to one side so you can clean underneath was not cleaned so you have a square shape in the living room that's not clean. Grading for cleanliness not so good. Not sure on reliability they could be ok ‍but overall did not do a good job on cleaning read more

I contacted Matt and he was quick to respond with all the information I requested and I was able to set up an appointment. Matt messaged me, the day before our appointment, to confirm. Now this is what surprised me......He was early! He was on time! We have found 9:00 am may mean, 9ish, 9:10 or even 9:15am. Matt was very kind and personable, wore bootie protectors, and laid down floor protectants on our wood floors so he would not damage them. He was efficient and the floors look great. They got some stubborn stains out, and the carpet came out fantastic! They also cleaned a large number of stacking cloth chairs and sealed them for protection. They look good as new again. He ran into an unexpected issue that increased the difficulty of the job and never once complained. My carpets were in bad shape and just filthy from my 3 dogs. Talk to Matt on the phone and he assured me he could conquer all the stains. I AM SO PROUD MATT! He has developed a team who he works along side with and does exceptional work! My condo always had ugly kitchen and guest bath floors and I didn't want to go through another construction zone. Maybe it just needs a solid, good scrub and new seal?
