I would love to have given a better review but I had to cancel my appointment that was at 10:00 am at 1:35 when they still had not shown up I received a call at 12:00 saying the woild be a half hour or an hour but I needed to call them at 1:30 to find out where they were. Cleaning was very poor, you can feel the stickiness on your feet. We had the carpets cleaned in 2020 by Stanley Steamer and it was super clean no stickiness and every corner was cleaned. With Integrity which was hired by my tenant at move out. Underneath the dresser which the vacuum nozel has no problem getting under there were not cleaned or under the beds and again it's not a problem getting the hose nozel under there, and in living room there's a rattan chair that can easily be pushed to one side so you can clean underneath was not cleaned so you have a square shape in the living room that's not clean. Grading for cleanliness not so good. Not sure on reliability they could be ok ‍but overall did not do a good job on cleaning read more
