Every time I walked by him, he is scrubbing out the various stubborn stains that won't come out with the normal wash. Well, clearly, he knew what he was doing. 3) He saw a runner rug that was dirty and volunteered to clean it for me. What a nice man. Rafael is a hardworking man who stands behind his work.
