This was never communicated to me. Also I needed to re-explain things to the people who came in to do the work. Frankly this just came across as deceptive. 2. They either lied about lead times or they straight up forgot to place my order and then lied about it. They said it would take six weeks it took 12. I actually checked in at 6 weeks and it sounded very clearly like they didn't have my order and then they backtracked. 3. The installers left a mess. This is the clincher for me... leave the place cleaner than you came. I ended up with extra holes in my ceiling, drywall dust and screws all over the floor. It was just unprofessional. All in all this was an expensive service and they were grumpy, rude and don't deserve my business (or yours frankly). 4. They installed an insulated door without seals with the shrug of -- well we just don't do that anymore. An insulated door without seals is pointless. Then don't install an insulated door. 5. They are a pain to deal with. No email just an answering service, it was just difficult to get clarification on things. So why three stars after all this... I have a door and it appears to be installed correctly. When you are spending these absurd prices for a garage door frankly I expect better service.
