Ronnie to the rescue again! This time the coils split and the door came crashing down like a guillotine...with the car inside. I texted Ronnie, and he responded back within 15 minutes. I requested heavy duty coils which increased the initial estimate but a friend recommended them. Ron arrived within his appointment time. Somehow he was able to raise the door so the car could drive out. During the course of repairs,, Ron had to replace some of the rollers and cables which he showed me the damage.
