The next morning I brought the car in and, what do you know, my base model 2017 Equinox had some rare type of window that can't be found anywhere (just my luck). However, Vincent brought me into his office and spent 30 minutes calling all of his suppliers seeing if anybody had the window (and if it wasn't local, who could get it there the fastest). He did not need to go above and beyond like he did, but his guidance was greatly appreciated. Although I did not get my window replaced at the dealership this time, I will definitely be going back for future issues.
