I had some shower doors installed, I had a problem about 9 months later and they did the right thing and came out and fixed it. It wasn't an easy fix, but they didn't charge me and did the repairs fairly quickly. I needed a replacement glass insert for a table that had been in storage and the glass went missing. The owner had me take a few pictures of the table, I did showing how I was measuring it, text to him, and in a couple of hours, the glass was ready. I needed to purchase some glass shelves, cut to match some existing glass shelves. I looked on Yelp and saw that LL Glass seemed to have consistently high customer ratings, so I stopped by. The high ratings are right on the mark and I completely agree with other reviewers that highlighted their customer service, speed and price. They saved me a lot of money by suggesting an alternative to the existing shelving I wanted to match (it was visually nearly identical, but a lot less expensive), they cut the new shelves immediately, carried them to my car and they are a perfect fit for a very defined space. Working with Jose and Oscar Mejia at LL Glass and Mirror, my mirrors were fabricated the way I wanted AND installed by the time the other company got back to me. I totally forgot to review my experience with them and had promised I would. Our bedroom window shattered and my husband and I decided we could replace it ourselves. After going back and forth to get the glass that I measured incorrectly fixed and get a new tube of seal because ours busted, they just came right out and fixed it for us!
