I sent them what they asked for and they gave me a quote. I told them I wanted to move forward with getting it replaced and asked if they could come out to replace the window this week/weekend. They said they would need to come measure first, so we spent the next 3 days trying to nail down and date/time, but they were giving me vague answers like "tomorrow", but no time given. They said they could probably come out today (Thursday), but didn't give me a time. I asked what time, so I could have someone at the house to meet them, and they told me "around noon". I had my boyfriend go to the house to wait for them because I couldn't get away from work. He waited there until 2 pm before giving up and leaving. While he was waiting I asked J&J to call when they were on their way, sent a follow up email to see if they were coming, and sent a text asking them same....... NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I ended up sending a text back and saying not to come because I'm going to go with some else. This is not an effective way to run a business. I need to be able to set a time or time frame and know that the company I'm hiring is responsible enough to at least answer me. I can only imagine if I paid them and something went wrong, how big of a hassle it would be to have them come out to fix it. Don't waste your energy or your money on this company.

I was told they needed to take the balance bar and the screen and would return it within a week. it's been almost two weeks and I called to find out what happened this time. I was told the balance bars would cost twice as much as I had been quoted and if I want my property back I could come pick it up or wait until they come to my area. I called numerous companies to find out about balance bars, Everyone was less expensive for the glass repair and the balance bars. I suggest checking other companies first try to find someone honest.
