The "manager" spoke up and said either you can leave it for there gunsmith to look at it in the next few weeks or try to fix it yourself. I then ask that if the guns are sold "as is" then they should have a sign or something to let customers know. Again the one guy was very polite and talked civilized. The manager on the other hand was not professional at all. So i had my choice words with him, took the used firearm with me. Stopped at Gun Garage before leaving town and purchased a gun from them and i'll work on the damaged firearm when i get time. I suggest the idiot manager learn how to conduct himself in a professional manner if he's going to be work in customer service.

I don't look like a tacti-cool bro but I've always gotten my basic questions answered and been very happy. I bought my first handgun here and they made the process a lot less intimidating, which was really great.
