They built two patio covers in our yard, and I love to prance around under both of them every chance I get. It's like having my very own royal pup palace! The Landerking crew was so exciting to watch - I sat and supervised (with lots of tail wagging) as they worked, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Now I have the perfect place for strutting, relaxing, and keeping cool on hot days. I can strut my stuff proudly in the shade, then flop down for a nap without worrying about the sun. The craftsmanship is so impressive that even a dog can tell it's amazing - every beam and post is sturdy and beautiful (and trust me, I sniffed them all!). My humans are super happy with our new patio covers, which makes me happy too (because that means more belly rubs and treats for me - yay!). My tail hasn't stopped wagging since the project was finished. All in all, this is one tail-wagging, pawsitively awesome upgrade to our home. The fence used premium fence boards hand selected by the crew. They were all great looking boards. The bottom of the fence was 2x12 treated wood stained dark and the slats were stained a cedar making for a very nice looking fence. Michael, the owner, threw in the post caps to protect the posts and provide a finished look to the fence. Michael wants to be sure whatever he builds is of the highest quality. If you find something wrong, you need to let him or his crew know and they will make it right. The only issue I ran into was a couple of delays during the process such as almost two weeks after the previous fence was torn down before the building started. Outside of that the team was very professional. Thank you to the entire team - Troy, Mike, Sam, Benjamin, and of course, Michael.
