He instantly knew what was done wrong, what would be needed to fix it and how long it would take, which was significantly less time than the original work we had done by someone far less experienced. Christopher and his team are clearly experts with older homes like ours and they do a phenomenal job, very detail oriented and focused on perfection. Their services are well worth it if you want the job done right! Our dining room was originally natural wood with a deep red color, which we wanted painted white to brighten up the space. The person who we hired to paint it white previously did not use the proper materials, which ended in many layers of unnecessary paint and he didn't fill in all the gaps and holes that show up when painting natural wood white, so it looked very poorly done. The original painter also didn't know what to do with the radiator that was also dark red, so it turned out completely blotchy. Christopher's team came in and had the botched paint job sanded down, the holes/cracks filled and the space prepared for spraying in just a half day. It was remarkable how much better it looked after just a few hours. When they were done after two days, it was impeccable. They came back a week later to get all the hardware reinstalled and put it all back in working order. Some additional adjustments had to be made for the built in, which they made sure were done well for proper use. They also were able to squeeze us in as quickly as possible during rain days that they couldn't do their outside jobs, which we were very grateful for given the lost time of the original job. We reached out shortly after the missed appointment asking for an ETA and specifically asked him to let us know if he couldn't make it so we wouldn't be sitting around waiting. He didn't respond that day at all. He waited until the following day to finally respond, and instead of apologizing or explaining why he missed the appointment, his response was: "Yea you people don't pay good luck." What makes that response even more concerning is that he had never given us a price, never discussed our budget with us, and never even showed up to look at the job. He had absolutely no information about what we were willing to pay, yet made an assumption about what "you people" would pay. I found that wording extremely disrespectful and, given the context, it came across as racially offensive. A professional business owner could have simply communicated that he couldn't make the appointment or that he was no longer interested in the job. Instead, he left us waiting, ignored our messages until the next day, and then responded disrespectfully. I have screenshots of the conversation showing exactly what was said. Based on our experience, I absolutely would not recommend doing business with this company. Reliability, communication, professionalism, and basic respect matter when you're trusting someone to work on your property, and unfortunately our experience demonstrated none of those things.

Roughly 1100 sq ft, including kitchen cabinets which had to be converted from stained to painted. Fixed cracks and holes, including drywall repair in a closet and an old ceiling repair that needed to be redone. They did all this in 3 days in order to be done before flooring was installed!
