I now remember why I don't use this service. The man who answers the phone is super rude. I asked him when and how much it would cost to simply get a new key for my very basic front door. When he told me he was slammed, I asked him when his next available date was. He said, " I don't know you may want to call someone else. " I had told him I called another couple of locksmiths and they were booked for two weeks. He said "maybe I could help you mid week." I said, "ok....Wednesday?" He said, "I don't know. I can't give you an exact time." I said, " I'm just trying to figure out what works for your schedule. You said mid week, and I suggested Wednesday." He was so rude and said "I don't think I can accommodate you, you seem to be wanting something that's impossible for me." WHAAAAT? I'm literally calling this man to pay him $150 to make one key for an existing key lock. And working around his schedule and he hangs up on me because I'm trying to work with him and figure out a day that works. I can't even imagine what he's like in person. read more

Do not go to them, they illegally reset all the keys to my car, and now I am unable to get into my car or drive it. I had to tow my car to Kauai Toyota, and have them look at it, and now I will have to pay a lot of money to buy a whole new computer and new keys! Called to ask them if there was anything they can do, and if they are liable because they did not get permission from me (the owner of the vehicle) and the OWNER (Dave) was very rude and started yelling saying he is NOT liable, and will not pay anything, and hung up. I am trying to get this fixed and settled, but I obviously cannot go above him (as he is the owner of the company)! read more

I locked myself out of my vehicle at the Kapaa Public Library. My keys fell out of my pocket as I was getting out. I had a spare set but they were in my pocketbook which I had intentionally left inside my car because I was going to walk my huge bulldog on the path and its all I can do to handle him. No phone either, it was in my purse. The super nice folks at the library helped me with calling for a locksmith. Got Dave on the phone. He told me he was working on a job in Kapaa and he'd be there in 15 minutes. Great! After an hour and a half (in the rain, with my dog), I went back to the library and asked to use the phone again. Called Integrity, no answer, Left a message. Asked if he was still coming? Don't know if I should wait or ?? Go back outside and within three minutes he's there. Apologized, said he was on this job and figured I'd call him back. Wait, what? It took him about 90 seconds to unlock my car. Charged me $100.00. As he was leaving he try's to hand me some religious pamphlet. Final salt in the cut is that as I'm driving back home I see his truck parked at the place he was working.
