With skill and ingenuity, he was able to make adjustments to the wall, tile, and overall setup to ensure a secure and aesthetically pleasing installation. Kyle completed a beautiful install of the new range hood, including drilling new holes in metal to allow for a secure wall connection. The friendly Tech Ekolu called to ask if he could come earlier since the prior job finished earlier. He alone swapped out the water heater and had me test the faucets in the house to make sure I had hot water. He stopped by the next day after his last job late in the afternoon to check if everything was working properly. There was a very small leak on top of the tank, so removed the intake pipe and applied Teflon tape. It wasn't because of his installation work, but the manufacturer's workmanship. I would highly recommend this family's business!

He is a total fraud!!! His prices are far higher than anyone else on the Island, but we were taken in by his alleged commitment to our project. After the contract was signed, he NEVER SHOWED UP AT OUR HOUSE TO CHECK THE PROGRESS OF OUR PROJECT, not even once, which is explained by the fact that essentially nothing was being done. He had one worker who finally did show up, drunk!!! He actually drank beer out of our refrigerator!!! His foreman and one of his subcontractors actually quit working for him because they were so disgusted, and he left us holding the bag to pay vendors and subcontractors, pocketing the money we paid him. We are trying to get his construction license rescinded, but until then, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one has been on the roof since new roof was installed so while we're not sure the damaged occurred at that time of installation, logic points to it. Its a question. Also someone put roof tar on the holes to try and cover up. Sounds like a roofer would do that. This review is because Brian, who has done quite a bit of work for us in the past, will not even come out to look at the problem and discuss a solution. Very disappointing. And not who I thought he was when he was hired.
