Mark always on his phone they don't take pride in their work always in a bad mood. when grass goes bad because of their lack of work he blames the residents. They are lazy they blow and pile everything up and don't pick it up. they blow everything Into our yard so we can pick it up too. these guys don't know how to get the job done. Mark and his crew are the best. They are professional, responsive, courteous, and reliable. When my wife and I moved to Modesto, we had another landscaping service that was very disappointing. I saw Mark's truck and crew as I was taking a walk with my wife and introduced myself and our needs. He immediately made me feel important and valued. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! The level of unprofessionalism shown by their owner and staff is ridiculous. I've seen them working on a few houses & thought they do a good job so we wanted to hire them for our house. Called them on a Thursday & talked to the owner (Mark, I think). He sounded really nice. Scheduled them to come over Monday at noon to check out the front & back yard and give us an estimate. I canceled my doctor's appointment to stay home & wait for them. Monday came, noon came. Then 3pm came. And 9pm. No one ever showed up. No one called to cancel or to say they overbooked for the day. Then we call Tuesday to see why no one showed up & if we could reschedule. No one answers my calls. I called 3 times and left 2 voicemails and now it's 2 weeks later and still no call back. I was driving this morning and saw them working at someone else's house. -__- Pretty damn ridiculous. I completely understand if you already have enough clients or are overbooked, but sheesh, have the decency to call & notify your client!! When you run a business, you get clients based off of your work ethic, how good you deliver & your professionalism. This company does neither. They don't show up. I am in shock right now. I don't know where to begin. I paid for services I didn't get. All Marcos did was mow and edge for last 3 weeks. First month he did my bushes and when I handed him the 2 nd check he said he would do my side yard. When I confronted him he became argumentive and lied. When I spoke to him today I thought he has here to make it right but he just came by and left without doing any work. This company is very dishonest. I am a peaceful person and all I wanted was what I paid for. They took my money and didn't full fill there part. Very dishonest and owner truly has lack of honesty. I wish there were more honest people in world. Please don't use this company. They will only take your hard work money and do minimum amount of work. So disappointing and in total shock at what just took place. I did have another landscaping company come out today and they said that it was way under priced. When I offered to pay Marcos more just to make sure that he could get all of my yard done. He said no no $80 is fine. So I don't know if it's because he's so old that maybe he didn't understand I don't know. I would have rather have paid him twice as much and had him do the work then to leave and just mow my Lawns and not do anything else. I have a child with special needs and both of my children are very active and I just cannot do all of the work anymore. If you just want your Lawns mowed and edged you could take a chance on this company otherwise I cannot recommend them now. What little work he did was good but that's what little work he did do. stop do not i say do not use integrity landscape !!!!!!!! they did not do the work they told me they where going to do now i have to redo 3/4 of the work they where payed to do $5000 and they do a good job they did not put all the sprinklers in so 1/3 of my yard wont get water ( i have to pay to have that fixed) they did not prep the yard like i ask them to do (put in grass 2 times befor and was told by west turf what to do and they did not do it) now the grass is dyeing 1/3 and having to pay to fix that . they took up some rock and told me they wood fix it they did not (paying to have that fixed) so after $850 for concrete (good job mel) $4100 for grass that need don over sprinklers that need fix i'm disabled on a fix income thanks read more
