I was NOT the only person reporting stolen medicines in August and I had crushed my meds in September and apparently I didn't drink enough liquid to dilute it. I was told due to having GBS and I crush all meds. I realize with the opioid crisis, doctors have to be careful. But, this was ridiculous. These doctors are afraid of their own shadows. If a valid reason can be provided, then it's unfair to blame the patient. Due to their prissy policies, I'd steer clear of this office

We get into the office and the front deck clerk is nice, one min later this black lady comes in with an attitude, ma'am you didn't fill all this paperwork out, you've got 15 min to finish or your going to have to wait till 115, I spoke up and stated - ma'am the paperwork states patient/phisition is obviously separated! If you wanted your job done perhaps y'all should clearly state that... And y'all called us to come in really do to rain. Don't get your attitude going, we've done everything the way it was directed. And this waiting is not going to happen, we're the only ones here the hell. This waiting room is empty... Do you Dam job. Then tell her to come with her with paperwork, she's blind she can't see anything. Horrible staff, and no compassion for the blind, and very rude. Very unprofessional. You've got 15/20 bad reviews. You just got one more. Not recommended. Unacceptable.

(Both times) while all three started at their screens. Hmmmm. When I said this is the SECOND time I've been here this morning, (I had to go to tge lobby to find a bathroom, since nobody would speak to me) a blond woman finally offered to check me in. As I turned away there was lots of eye rolling and chatting between the 2 women. Hmmmm. What is their JOB? 2nd time there was not one other person there. No eye contact, just that horrible staring at screen dismissal. Hmmmm. I've been told the docs are great here. So I'll add to this review after I see one. But it was a TERRIBLE first impression. Once the nurse called me back (about 40 minutes after arriving), things were better. They did X-rays promptly, and the PA. who saw me was very nice. She gave good advice about a steroid shot, and agreed that oral steroids might be better, since I'm a musician with a long show today. No advice on PT., only solution was surgery, which was something we agreed won't work for me. If management would fix the front desk problem I could give this place a better review.

Everything I've been reading from other posts are the same as I have experienced. Staring at comp. screen, not acknowledging you, etc. This is a minor thing compared to what I have an issue with. I had 2 appts scheduled for Mon (12/8/25) with prob estimated an hour between the two. I got there a half hour before my appt bc they needed "prep time" for me before the MRI. My second appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Glattes to discuss the MRI. Come to find out they kicked me off the schedule for the MRI because they didn't get pre-certification from BCBS. So they asked me if I could wait until 8 o'clock for the person to come into work to do the pre-CERT. I said yes, as long as we could get it done before my appointment with Dr. Glattes because that's the whole reason I'm here. They said there should be plenty of time. The person they were speaking of, gets there supposedly at 8 AM, and at 8:30 I went up to check on status and they checked computer bc they sent a message to the back and that person had not received anything back from BCBS and "they are gonna keep trying, but it was a Monday, and they don't cooperate as well on Monday," he said. It all ended with me leaving because they couldn't get the pre-certification and get the MRI done that day so that I could talk with Dr. Glattes. Not only did I take off work and have these appts appointment two months in advance, but I also missed out on regular pay plus overtime (I don't have PTO and I drove from North Dickson) Then they call me back today (2 days later, Wed 12/10) and first thing she asks is for me to verify with my birthday and I ask what this is regarding and she says "pre-certification for the MRI" OMG they still haven't done the pre-CERT!!?? Why didn't this take place weeks before I even got to my appointment? My deductible is paid up for the year and I'm not gonna be able to get back in before the first. I don't know if I will come back even though Dr. Glattes is fabulous. (Prior surgery) I can find a better operating office, that doesn't waste my time. Maybe they are too big and don't have enough staff not sure, and not my department! 2 stars because Dr Glattes is great.

It keeps me pain free for 6 months. Unfortunately the nerves that stop sending pain signals to your brain grow back. But! You can have the procedure done again and again. I am trying to keep from having surgery. So as long as this keeps working, I will keep going back. Dr. Todd is my miracle worker! I highly recommend him. He is the pain Dr. you want to go to!

No one could have prevented that, but I still cry thinking about the doctor who delivered my baby. She was not warm or reassuring, and I suspect that she did a poor job with my stitches. I don't have anything to compare it to, but certainly can't recommend the hospital for delivery based on my experience or based on their response to my concerns.

Today was my first doctor appointment with Dr.Shell at St. Thomas Medical Plaza…read more I've been in terrible pain with my knee since an ER visit last week at the Emergency room ; they referred me to Dr. Shell. (I thought I was facing knee replacement so I've been stressed on top of the pain. ) Dr. Shell treated me today. I had about a 30 minute wait in the lobby, and maybe 5 minutes in the exam room. After the doctor talked to me about my ongoing problem, he assured me he was not going to "jump into surgery". He believes in trying alternate solutions first ( THANK GOD) . What should have been a very painful procedure ~wasn't. Dr Shell used a very quick numbing medicine and treated my knee. I had instant relief after about 13 days of terrible pain, and was out of there in less than 15 minutes after I met him. He recommended 2 more days of rest off the leg and things should be back to normal. Dr. Shell is quiet, straight-to-the-point, and a GREAT DOCTOR.

I had to share because it's so disgusting and also such a REAL reality for so many of us suffering with invisible illnesses, chasing answers and simply trying to get better and be able to live our lives. This is the horrible shit we deal with on top of endless pain and suffering... we deserve so much better than this. Dr. Steven Graham is despicable and dangerous and does not deserve to practice medicine. He should have his license revoked.

She is a hard worker and an intelligent woman. I am happy that she is my doctor. I even recommend them to my friends. Give her a call! She responds back quickly!
