The metal roof looked great. But we have had problems. Rotten wood was not replaced. Squirrels got…read moreinto an opening. Water got into another opening. Finishing pieces were left off. Nails were put on the top metal humps, which voids the manufacturers warranty. The nails should have been alongside the humps. Had to be repaired by another roofing company. Cost for repairs was close to $2,000. for metal roof finishing pieces, new nails and labor. Sadly we are stuck with the rotten wood because it is under the new roof now.
