Horrible people, woman therapist was supposed to see me at my apartment, insisted on meeting me in middle of noisy, crowded Food Court of Whole foods, Was only concerned with the paperwork and talking about her own problems ( her son had just been mugged, her way of judging people by their ancestry- how she disliked NYC and would like to return to the Ukraine-- where she was born and how rough growing up in NYC was, complain, complain-- yawned when I talked about my problems. Told my social worker about this who was furious and when I told this "therapist" we had to have home visits, she just blandly said she would tell her supervisor I needed someone else. Her supervisor coldly informed me " we have no more therapists in your area", -so these "people" are just in it for the money, obviously. You are a fool if you pay them for what they are up to. read more

This review is for folks that care for the elderly. I first met Claudette Duff three or four years ago. We lost touch over the years but I was able to find her looking for senior care services on Staten Island. Her company has been a god send for me and my family. It works like this, Ms Duff comes to the house and does an initial evaluation. Based on her findings and goals going forward she will assign someone who is also a Social Worker for your case. My guardian angel has been Terry Blocker. It is tough, oh so very tough when a parent and loved one gets close to the end. I think you know what I am getting at. With their resources and expertise in caring for the elderly things run a lot smoother. I don't know what I would do without them. After all, it is your Family member and they deserve the best treatment and to be treated with respect. Isn't that what we all want for them? Just so glad we were able to reconnect in these last few months. Hopefully this review will help anyone out there that needs help caring for an elderly person. The counselors at Integrity Senior Services are hard working individuals who truly want to make a difference in people's lives and improve the mental health of older adults. Most of the counselors work part time and are paid $35 for 60 minutes counseling sessions. As a former office staff, I saw first hand the care and dedication. The problem with this company is the founder Claudette Duff. Ms. Duff is aggressive, abusive to staff and is dishonest. Another reviewer mentioned that she was "all about the money" and that is the case. I have seen Ms. Duff in action. I have seen her belittle and berate her staff, including the previously mentioned Nick. The staff are afraid of her. Turnover is very high. The only staff members who seem to escape her abuse are Lia ( the keeper of all the secrets), the office manager, clinical director Raymond and her daughter Mercedes. There are a lot of financial inconsistencies. Ms. Duff as founder is highly paid, takes vacations constantly and was even able to purchase a penthouse apartment over looking the water for her daughter because of the hard-work of underpaid counselors and office staff. It amazed me that her daughter, a part-time office assistant, could afford to live so well. When told that counselors were quitting due to the low pay, Ms. Duff's remarked, "someone else will do the work". here's the kicker, there are no criminal background checks for incoming staff though integrity claims to conduct checks. (remember, counselors conduct home visits to elderly adults homes. it is vital that the company has criminal history for all those it employs.)The emphasis for Ms. Duff is that we hired and process enough counselors to make her the most money. When I told Ms. Duff that I couldn't comply with her dishonest rules, I was let go. In addition to counseling services, Ms. Duff has other companies and "charities". Ms. Duff has created senior housing, and cleaning services for the elderly. honestly, Ms. Duff bills the elder up to $2000 at a time for one day/4 hours of cleaning services. Basically, if there is a way to scam and defraud the elderly, Ms. Duff has found it with her various "charities" and businesses. Her past time is spent checking her various online profiles on google and yelp and coercing staff ie Lia to write fake 5 star reviews for the companies. read more

I have been having a hard time since my husband died about a year ago. I wasn't seeking help, it's just been so difficult. Not long ago I got a phone call and was asked how I was. I'd say I was fine, but ended up teary and agreed to have someone come to my home that I could talk to and hopefully get help. I've had only one meeting so far and it truly was very helpful. My Dr sought help for me and I didn't realize that he knew I was having such a difficult time. I didn't reach out on my own and I really do need help so that I don't just sit here and do nothing. I have other health issues and am very overwhelmed, depressed, lonely, etc. I'm grateful to have someone to guide me. read more

allan booth of integrity senior services is on video leaving his job 43 minutes early ! he was only there less then 17 minutes ! claudette duff said he should have been there at least 50 minutes ! in my opinion, is this theft of services, is he telling the insurance company he's there 50 minutes ? the insurance company is doing an investigation on mr. booth ! people, make sure you have cameras to protect your loved ones from danger, & dishonest people. in my opion. read more
