DO NOT GO INTO THIS GALLERY. Owner is an antivax person and doesn't wear a mask! I would have given NO stars but I had to give it at least 1 to submit. I purchased a print from Carl on August 28 to be shipped to me in Colorado (I prepaid everything). When I didn't receive it 2 weeks later I called and he told me he'd had covid for 2 weeks (meaning he was probably sick when we were in the gallery). Thank god his doctor(???!!!) gave him Ivermectin and he was better. Still didn't have the print last week - called back and he said he'd had a relapse but he'd send the print and forward the tracking number. NO tracking number as of 10/14. He says it's on the way. I lost $65 to this guy. He never delivered my photograph. Just told me he was 'busy".

Awful experience, paid for item in full in July and did not receive until February. Communication fine during the first few months but once I began to press for a better time frame or estimated ship date (was told piece would take a few weeks), there was one reason after another for the delay. During a phone conversation, in which I did happen to get the seller on the phone, he raised his voice with me and refused to give me an estimated time frame for shipment. It was not until I advised him via email the first of February that I was going to seek legal counsel that he responded saying the piece had shipped and that I would just "need to sit tight" until it arrived. Do not buy from this man!! My dealings with Carl at Integrity Studio have been void of integrity as the name of his shop implies. To date, it has been 4 months that he has been 'working' on our frame that I was told would be completed in 3 days. The only contact I have had with him the entire time was when I called him. At which point there was never any apology but instead berating me for expecting it to be done so soon. It became so stressful that I handed him over to my husband who experienced the same treatment. To date, his excuses for not having the simple project completed were as follows...illness, hurricane, power outage, water in basement, pregnant wife and today, a death in the family. All of these events have happened in the last 3 weeks. He has had our tapestry to be framed for 4 months now. And he was paid in full at beginning of project. I do not take writing bad reviews lightly as I am also a small business but I would be remiss not to alert others to what I experienced. To date, we are still waiting for our finished project for which we are forbidden by Carl to ask for a date of completion as he will get in touch with us when he is good and ready. We were in New Hope for a holiday and went into the gallery, where we ordered two prints of dogs. The owner promised we could pick it up the next day. We payed for it. The next day he was closed, said he was held up but will mail it the next day (we live in Westchester). Since then he has been coming up with one excuse after the other. Two weeks later we have not received anything yet. So disappointing. read more

Second project.. Wonderful seller. I was very difficult to work with and he took it in stride.

Avoid this business. I purchased a print from Mr. Christensen online at his etsy shop. When I left neutral feedback, Mr. Christensen retaliated by sending a threatening email and then also leaving NEGATIVE feedback for me. His comments were cruel and unnecessary. As a business owner, his behavior is unprofessional and extremely immature. Please think twice before doing business with this individual. There are plenty of other more professional artists out there who can use your business. read more

The gentleman who owns this business is an embarrassment to artists and business owners everywhere. I ordered a picture from his from his online website. To start off, after three weeks of not receiving my order I attempted to get in contact with him. After two weeks of no response, I finally got a hold of him via telephone and he claimed he "lost my order". Then I finally received my order and it was nothing more than a 5x7 piece of paper that looked like it came off a home printer. When I called Carl, the owner, and stated that I was not satisfied with my order and would like to return it, he actually started arguing with me, raising his voice, and flat out REFUSED to refund me my money on the basis that his website does not have a return policy so therefor he "didn't have to refund my money". He actually told me that sending the print back would be a "waste of my time" because he wasn't going to do anything with it. He is a juvenile, disrespectful, mean human being who has no moral standards on the way he runs his business. Customer service is the LAST thing this gentleman should be in. And frankly, its sad that he has to put up such a fight for an $18.00 piece of paper. I would not consider it art, in the least. And I would not consider him an honorable business person or artist at all. I would NEVER EVER do business with him again and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. read more
