Upon my arrival at the laboratory, I sought clarification from a technician regarding the estimated waiting period. Her response to my inquiry was notably unprofessional and dismissive and said "can you read or count." With a nasty attitude. Despite this initial interaction, I proceeded with the registration process. However, the technician subsequently exhibited further unprofessional conduct. She directed disapproving glances and visibly rolled her eyes towards both myself and my father, who was present with me. This sequence of events created a highly uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. I felt profoundly uneasy and lacked confidence in the technician's professional demeanor, particularly given the impression that my presence was an inconvenience to her. As a direct result of these interactions, I determined that I could not proceed with the blood draw under those circumstances. Please be advised that the necessary laboratory tests still need to be performed, and I will be going to the Everett hospital to ensure their completion.

Inpatient has a commitment requirement that the patient will participate in physical rehabilitation for three hours every day. I found this immensely beneficial, since some places just leave you doing little or nothing every day. The rooms look like The Four Seasons Hotel! I was in a room of my own...all hardwood, large windows with water views, a nurse with no more than seven patients. Lots of rehabilitation work, but everyone is very attentive. My nurse was phenomenal. There are no meal menus. An attendant comes to your room with a wheeling computer cart, and reads you menu suggestions, but you are always free to voice your own choices and wishes. Food was delicious. There's so much detail to every single thing here! If you HAVE to be somewhere, it's a terrible catastrophe, but being at Spaulding, Charlestown is the best!

Again, when I made the appointment specifying that I wanted it with my specific doctor, no one told me anything about her not seeing patients on Thursdays again I avoided months to see my doctor for specific things. I am only comfortable talking to her about. They were pushing me to see the other Doctor Who I was scheduled to meet with, and I had to repeatedly say I was uncomfortable. The nurse was getting frustrated and didn't understand why I wouldn't see someone who I have never met or even heard of. No not only could I not get a in person visit with I need I now have to do yet another video visit which defeats the purpose. I ended up having a severe panic attack and physically upset. To get into with the reception is a nightmare as is and clearly CHA MyChart doesn't book the proper appointment accommodation. This was extremely unacceptable. This review is based on the front staffing and nursing. No my dr. whom I'm sure is unaware of the situation.

When Dr. Mitchel Rose was referred to me several months ago, I thought I'd give it one more shot. I went to our first session with very low expectations, assuming this experience would be like all the others. Boy was I wrong! Dr. Rose was instantly credible and I found myself revealing things to him that first day that I've never told anyone. Dr. Rose is honest, empathetic, and a true master in his field. His approach is far more conversational than the norm. Like many in his profession, Dr. Rose is a great listener, but like so few, he is a brilliant adviser. His no-nonsense, nonjudgmental, give and take approach to therapy is a breath of fresh air. I look forward to working with him for many years to come. Bottom line: I really, really like Dr. Rose, and my outlook on life is now quite bright!
