Upon my arrival at the laboratory, I sought clarification from a technician regarding the estimated waiting period. Her response to my inquiry was notably unprofessional and dismissive and said "can you read or count." With a nasty attitude. Despite this initial interaction, I proceeded with the registration process. However, the technician subsequently exhibited further unprofessional conduct. She directed disapproving glances and visibly rolled her eyes towards both myself and my father, who was present with me. This sequence of events created a highly uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. I felt profoundly uneasy and lacked confidence in the technician's professional demeanor, particularly given the impression that my presence was an inconvenience to her. As a direct result of these interactions, I determined that I could not proceed with the blood draw under those circumstances. Please be advised that the necessary laboratory tests still need to be performed, and I will be going to the Everett hospital to ensure their completion.

I found this immensely beneficial, since some places just leave you doing little or nothing every day. The rooms look like The Four Seasons Hotel! I was in a room of my own...all hardwood, large windows with water views, a nurse with no more than seven patients. Lots of rehabilitation work, but everyone is very attentive. My nurse was phenomenal. There are no meal menus. An attendant comes to your room with a wheeling computer cart, and reads you menu suggestions, but you are always free to voice your own choices and wishes. Food was delicious. There's so much detail to every single thing here! If you HAVE to be somewhere, it's a terrible catastrophe, but being at Spaulding, Charlestown is the best!

Again, when I made the appointment specifying that I wanted it with my specific doctor, no one told me anything about her not seeing patients on Thursdays again I avoided months to see my doctor for specific things. I am only comfortable talking to her about. They were pushing me to see the other Doctor Who I was scheduled to meet with, and I had to repeatedly say I was uncomfortable. The nurse was getting frustrated and didn't understand why I wouldn't see someone who I have never met or even heard of. No not only could I not get a in person visit with I need I now have to do yet another video visit which defeats the purpose. I ended up having a severe panic attack and physically upset. To get into with the reception is a nightmare as is and clearly CHA MyChart doesn't book the proper appointment accommodation. This was extremely unacceptable. This review is based on the front staffing and nursing. No my dr. whom I'm sure is unaware of the situation.

In my ten days at the Beth Israel I went from the ICU to Quarantine for the next infection. The team of doctors at the hospital told me repeatedly that I caught these infections from my staying at North End Rehab.My brother was taking care of me at home caught this and ended up in Brigham hospital for five days but he didn't get the pneumonia.Thank you North End Rehab for taking out a family like they care.Get this now I've been home since 4/15 and in the hospital in another rehab to recover from North End Rehab and all this time they're collecting my monthly disability benefits insurance into their TD CHECKING ACCOUNT 9555 Last four and I couldn't believe it.While I was paying them rent for my stay, they had their doctor lie behind myself and my families backs say that I couldn't manage my own money. So they continued to bill me and collect my disability benefits at the same time. It's fair to say what they were doing was wrong and unethical and unethical I was told this by Social Security.They have no shame and offer no help and believe me I was nothing but a cash cow for them to nine months. I had to make my own appointment and arrangements otherwise it wouldn't happen.Physical therapy was non existent and the only relationship was with my dog Bart.On my first night home after discharge, I spent it in a urine soaked wheelchair watching tv.
