I'm watching them damage people's cars that they're towing out of lots and twice now they've towed cars that actually had parking passes because the dude is too lazy to look fully in a car before towing it. This company booted my car at a North Hills Parking Garage where the gate was broken off that would prevent people without a permit from entering. I parked for about 1 1/2 to eat dinner at the AC Hotel. There was no sign at the spot that said permit parking only. There was a sign at the broken gate that said permit parking only patrolling, but nothing that said no parking without a permit. This company charged us $200 to have the boot removed and took at least 15 minutes to come unboot the car. When I pointed out the broken gate and the inadequate signage they said they didn't have any control and ver that. Ridiculous predatory behavior. When I called 911 they said there was nothing I could do other than file a civil lawsuit. Unbelievable! read more

Had such a rude encounter with a tow truck driver. I would never wish this negative person on anyone. At 5 pm, she is trying to load a car in a parking garage right in front of a gate. She told us she was sent with the wrong equipment to do her job so she was waiting and not moving. I am saying it much nicer. This should have been a late night pick up. I would hate to think of the potential damage to the vehicle in her care. Don't call!!! read more

They have there workers trained! Not helpful at all and they just say we can't do anything for you. Basically, they had my car the whole time it was a stolen vehicle and I called and asked for the vehicle they said they didn't have it. Then state trooper called and said they did. By that time the vehicle had been towed for a week and they charged me $100 a day until I could pick up my stolen vehicle! They didn't care to ask me if I was okay just wanted there money!
