It was hard for me to keep an eye on things as I have a broken foot, really limited my ability to track how items were handled. One piece of furniture ended up with significant dirt on the side, very disappointing. There was some open complaining about a piece of heavy furniture, belching, a few swear words, just things that aren't very polite or professional. They ended up taking MUCH longer than the quoted 3 hours, ended up at almost SIX hours! Original quote was $700, ended up at just under $1,200. Overall, I would not hire them again.
