Great place. Only complaint is they took the sticker off of the outside of my windsheild which i was pretty sad about. It was a gift and the place i got it from does not sell it anymore, yes i checked dw. They never told me that was going to happen and I noticed after I got home so it wasn't worth going back since nothing else was wrong, no bubbles, no scratches, nothing. The windows were in perfect condition. And since its just a sticker but still, little upset. Also they didnt even take the sticky part of the sticker off so that proved my point that there was no reason for the removal. I live on a dirt road and when I got home the dust stuck to the residue, and it was a outline of my sticker BUTTTTTT read the rest. ---- Other than that- my car turned out great!! looks way better than before and even got a free upgrade due to them running out of the film i had chosen if i remember right. I even thought i already had tint so it would be more to take off but the lady at the desk told me i only had tint on my front doors. So it was cheaper than I thought, i think 50 instead of 150? This place is super affordable and everyone is very helpful. She even fit me in the morning one day before i asked. For reference I got 20% tint on my whole car. The back windows and trunk look darker because my windows were dyed from the factory. I read all the reviews and everyone that said 'bad' things, it was definitely on them. If you bring your car clean and everything then there is no issues. Which should be self explanatory, why would you want them to clean your car for you lol. On January 12, 2026, Chelsea and her team completed window tinting on my 2026 Honda Odyssey, and the results are outstanding. After reading good reviews I decided to take my car here to get the windows tinted. It was around $500 for ceramic tint on my Subaru sedan. When I went in they were nice and helped me pick what tint I would like. I had made an appointment so I don't know what time frame it would look like for a walk in. My boyfriend picked up the car when it was done and brought it home. When I checked out the tint it was bubbly on every single window. I called to follow up and ask they told me to give it a week to settle. Okay, I've had my car windows tinted before and I know when you can see dirt under the tint creating the bubble it won't settle. I gave it a week and called and they said they would take a look at it if I brought it in. I did they agreed they would redo the tint. They also threw in a free tint of my sun roof. The tint on the sun roof had a corner completely cut wrong so I pointed it out and the front desk woman ripped it off before I left. When I got it back still bubbles. I told them in that moment and they told me I needed to let it settle. I took it home and slept on it and the next day the first thing I did was take it back and ask them to look. A gentleman who I hadn't see before came out and agreed with me that the tint (the 2nd try) was done incorrectly. They redid it a third time. I will say the third time is better, but there is still dirt trapped under the tint. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. When doing my tint they removed pieces of the ceiling around the cabin light and when I got the car back I found random pieces of my car in the trunk. They also let the spray run down the windows onto the carpeting that is across the back behind the rear seats and it puddled and made a noticeable mess that they didn't clean which I felt was unprofessional. I had my car done February 25th 2025. A Subaru Legacy. I am not interested in returning to the business as I already had to return and have work redone three times. Outstanding team! I read other reviews online and via Yelp prior to booking with Chelsea. I decided to give Integrity Window Tinting my business because of the great reviews and Chelsea's follow up to my online request for proposal. She was quick to respond, very knowledgeable of the product, and worked to get me on the schedule quickly. After I settled on a product she quickly sent over a proposal for my records. The day of my appointment I was greeted immediately by a very friendly staff who was eagerly awaiting to begin working on my daughter's vehicle. The work was done timely and price was great compared to others. I will be bringing all of my vehicles to them going forward. I enjoyed the conversation while waiting in the comfortable and clean customer waiting area. I was made to feel like a part of the family. Just a great all around experience. read more

I chose 1 star only because I had to so I could review. I try to shop local, boy was it a mistake!! From get go it was a horrible experience. I chose what I wanted , made appointment ( which they had me change) but promised it'd be done before close. No communication & nothing but excuses. Car was 'not' completed as promised. Oh something about an employee emergency threw them behind. Hey how about a phone call , that'd be nice., blah blah blah. My daughter gets there unfriendly owner tells her she doesn't have appointment. So she was told to chose on the spot, I ended up with almost $300 more than I picked. Owner said I was being aggressive ( very unprofessional) of her to speak of customers in that manner. Get car home and they left old tint hanging on car & dirty water drips all over & even tint left on inside of car, very half baked job, rushed!!! Owner told my daughter they don't clean that stuff off, why not? Why send a car that you 'know' an unhappy customer is gonna see. Why not have some pride in your work instead of leaving it looking like a 5 yr old did it. Her car was spotless clean when we dropped it off. Had to even take it back to have stuff re-done. Owner is only worried about reviews which I'm wondering who wrote them. She accused me in an email of bullying them in hopes of a discount, - how unprofessional. I can hardly wait for her response here . This site doesn't allow me to post a rebuttal after the owner spins the story how she wants it to read. I'd never recommend this place & Owner needs to retrain her daughter in taking appointments, very poor communication skills. Their lack of concern, care in how they send cars out & such a poor attitude makes me regret ever giving them my business. Again, who's writing all these 5 star reviews ? Do Better & learn how to treat customers! I only became aggressive when I realized what a Mickey Mouse place she's running! I am updating my review to 5 stars. The tint installed has no issues and windshield is the way to go! The shop has been very attentive to my minor damage claim, and we all know things like this happens. They paid the dealership to have a replacement installed and kept in communication with me every step of the way. At no time did I feel Integrity tinting wasn't going to make things right. Did a great job on my new Toyota Tundra. The tint looks great. I was hesitant about also getting the windshield tinted for an extra $200, but in the Texas heat, I went ahead and added to my original window tint order. Lifetime transferable warranty on the tint (even a one time free replacement if I have to replace my windshield or get a window smashed). Really a great company. Great value. No gimmicks. I moved to New Braunfels fairly recently and needed some window tinting done on my car. I found Integrity Window Tinting on the web and it seemed to be close to my house in a business park off "the loop". After a couple of tries, I found the shop and dropped in to take a look around. Integrity has a very large and clean work bay. The day I dropped by, they were working on three different vehicles in the bay and there was still room for one or two more. The bay also seemed to have really good climate control, so I felt like they would be able to place the tinting film on with minimal contamination. Integrity quoted me a price that I could live with and I made an appointment to install tint film on all the window surfaces in my car. As an aside, I'm a 66 y/o man and have probably had a half-dozen cars window tinted over the years. My experience has been that when I've had my windows tinted cheaply, then the job was done cheaply. When the afternoon came for my appointment, I was running a few minutes late. I promptly received a text from Integrity requesting me to verify my appointment. I did and when I arrived at the shop a few minutes later, they were ready and waiting to get started. I have an Australian made vehicle which is not very common, but the two men assigned to my car were pros and knew exactly what it was. Their customer service person explained to me; (1) exactly what I was paying for, (2) how I should take care of the tinting product, and (3) what they would warranty and what they would not. After signing off on the work, I spent the next two hours in their well air conditioned office watching a movie on TV. When the movie was done - so were they, and their guys returned my car cleaner than when I gave it to them. They completed all of the tinting I had requested and my car looked great. The work was completed less than one day ago, so I can't evaluate their work beyond the initial installation. But at this point, I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality window tinting installation. In my opinion, these people are pros. They are pros at window tinting, pros at customer service, and pros at running a good business. I am well pleased with the entire experience. read more

While visiting the San Antonio area, my truck was a victim of vandalism and I had to replace my back windshield. Well of course after doing so I had to get it re-tinted to match the rest of the windows and that's when I found David with Spectrum Window Tinting. I called Spectrum Window Tinting (on a Sunday no less) and spoke with David and he was friendly and honest about the quote on my truck. We worked out a time for the same day and I came to his shop. A lot of companies want you to leave your vehicle with them while they service it and he and his wife didn't bat an eye when I told them I wanted to hang around. They were Texas friendly, honest, and they did a great job on my windows. They did such a good job on the back window, I decided to have the front windows re-done too. I highly recommend David and Spectrum Window Tinting! Truly a great Texas, family owned business. I live over 400 miles away and I know if I ever have any future vehicle Window Tinting needs, I will just wait till I make my next trip to the San Antonio area to come see David at Spectrum Window Tinting. read more

I can't say enough good things about David and Tanja! They first tinted the windows on part of our house ten years ago. The tint still looks great! We had them come out again this week to tint some windows that were replaced after last year's hail storm. We also had them tint the windows in our son's room. This room was like a sauna any day the temp rose above 70. David and Tanja were as professional as we remembered. I've been trying for several months now to get David Pierce owner of Spectrum Window Tinting to replace the tinting on my boathouse. He lives in a double wide trailer in McQueeney Estates. I've called and called but never a return phone call or at least show up since we are only .5miles away. The tinting job lasted one season before it started wrinkling and bubbling. Took forever before he came and removed it. Everytime I called him to find out why nothing had been done, he always replied that he will get to it. Since I paid him for the first job of installing it, he was supposed to replace it and he knew this. But that would cost material out of his pocket. He doesnt pay labor because he does it himself. As I said that was months and months ago and still as of this date (08/25/21) has never shown up. It was a $4,000.00 job. So all I can say is if you love throwing your money away ($4,000.00), then go see David Pierce. He will do it for you and give you nothing! Tomorrow, I will be headed to small claims court to file a suit for maximum damage of $12,000.00.....small claims limit precinct #1 in Guadalupe County. I now can serve him at home and his new location of business in New BRaunfels address Suit 105 address of 3522 Loop 337. I say new location because he doesnt stay anywhere very long.
