The back windows and trunk look darker because my windows were dyed from the factory. I read all the reviews and everyone that said 'bad' things, it was definitely on them. If you bring your car clean and everything then there is no issues. Which should be self explanatory, why would you want them to clean your car for you lol. They tinted all windows with 20% and applied clear film to the front windshield, including a 5% eyebrow. The work was done with great care, precision, and attention to detail, and my minivan looks absolutely fantastic. I called AGSA and a window specialist came to my home within 2 1/2 hours. When the specialist arrived, he quickly determined that I needed a window regulator but was very kind to get the window up since it was cold outside. After buying the part at a local auto part store, I texted the specialist. He was opened to coming back to my home to repair the window; however, I was at my work location. The specialist arrived at my workplace within 20 minutes and fixed the window in the parking lot. Note: The home and workplace visits were done on the same day. I highly recommend AGSA. Professional.
