As I am sitting there waiting 10 minutes before they open, I receive a text stating that they received my new windshield that morning and it had a scratch in it. They had to return it, and the new one was coming from Austin but would not be available until that evening or the following morning. I could understand if I had not scheduled one week in advance, but I had also specifically asked when I set up the appointment if having it in stock would be a concern and was told it would not be because they could easily get one from San Antonio. They should have been setup and ready to go. You cannot run an efficient business receiving parts on the same day as the expected service especially when it the 1st customer of the day.

I live on a dirt road and when I got home the dust stuck to the residue, and it was a outline of my sticker BUTTTTTT read the rest. ---- Other than that- my car turned out great!! looks way better than before and even got a free upgrade due to them running out of the film i had chosen if i remember right. I even thought i already had tint so it would be more to take off but the lady at the desk told me i only had tint on my front doors. So it was cheaper than I thought, i think 50 instead of 150? This place is super affordable and everyone is very helpful. She even fit me in the morning one day before i asked. For reference I got 20% tint on my whole car. The back windows and trunk look darker because my windows were dyed from the factory. I read all the reviews and everyone that said 'bad' things, it was definitely on them. If you bring your car clean and everything then there is no issues. Which should be self explanatory, why would you want them to clean your car for you lol. They are only in charge of your windows ;) 1000000/10 definitely come here!!!
