Their "nannies" are just babysitters and many of them don't have much real world knowledge about kids or how to actually work with children. Again not premier. The owners and managers can be unprofessional and immature and this attitude permeates the entire company. Again that is not premier. Most of their babysitters were young without much experience, some were just flat incompetent, others were rude...etc. there were only a couple of ladies who did a good job like you'd expect from a nanny. If the kids argued, a lot of the babysitters just stood there or complained. They didn't know how to handle the situation. But siblings fight. Shouldn't the babysitter know how to handle that? Also if your child is a bit different, you will be judged for it, so be ready for that. Kids aren't the same, they are different, but this company and their employees don't seem to understand that. If you use them just once or twice you'll be fine. If you use them regularly or longer term you will have problems with this company and their employees. If we ever brought up concerns with them, the owners/ managers disregarded our issues and took no accountability for anything. Communication from them was very poor. Overall we had a very negative experience with this company and there is no way we can recommend them to take care of children. They claim to be premier but they really aren't. They just think they are and charge a lot of money for subpar services.

He arms us with a wealth of information to keep our home protected and critter free. We've used other pest control services in the past but have never encountered a nicer, more patient technician than Don. They couldn't even figure out what it was I stopped in to Truly Nolan, and the manager determined what the critters were, and told me how to find the source (weevils in a bag of beans in the pantry), even though I was not his customer. I dropped the old company and hired Truly Nolan immediately. I couldn't be more pleased. Don, the technician who services our community knows his stuff, doesn't rush, explains everything to me, and is very friendly and patient. I don't know about any of Truly Nolan's other offices, but the manager in Catalina and Don are top notch.

They did everything that I ever even envisioned and more. But I just can't tell you how much I love Debi. Any concerns, any worries that I had she listened. She didn't judge she really helped me through it all especially when I had conservative parents who tried to put opinions in. She was absolutely an amazing person to work with planning my wedding. Anyways, I attended a wedding at this venue and the venue was beautiful. I however noticed a few things and had a few interactions with the staff that left a bad taste in my mouth with this venue. The night seemed rushed. The couple seemed to be stressed out and did not know what to do next. I saw not one person offering them assistance which prompted me to later ask the couple if they had a wedding planner. They said the venue provided a planner but did not have any guidance which matched what I witnessed during my experience. Next, during the toasts champagne were passed out. At the time I was breastfeeding my one month old and had a four year old with me. I, and my four year old, were poured champagne. I got up and walked over to a server and asked for the cider (i knew was there because the bride and groom confirmed prior to the wedding) and was told they aren't sure there's any left. I asked the mother of the groom and she said there's no way they ran out which promoted the server to FINALLY go check. Lastly, I noticed they were cleaning up the decorations on the tables around 10:30. I asked a server if the wedding was over and we were getting kicked out and she responded with "we like to clean up early". This also matches the obvious lack of guidance in planning as no one knew if we were being pushed out or not. The whole thing felt rushed and I will NOT have my wedding here.

I said this is a kilt and I only needed the hip buckle reinforced. Clearly, he was very shook up as he could not comprehend my request. He then said to leave his alterations shop. He said I can resend and I said I am going out of town and need so he offered 1/2 off but said the manager may disagree and ask for the 1/2 off returned. This morning, my husband went to drop of my things off and was told by the young person that I need to go somewhere else.
