Our friend said hands down Nicole Brule-Fisher When we first started looking we were thinking second house. We exchanged emails with Nicole and made arrangements to drive and look at houses. Nicole spent all weekend with us showing homes, connecting with other agents to give us more options. There was one house that was amazing that she was able to show us before it even went on the MLS but it didn't have a place for a pool. (sad face) Nicole showed us a bunch of houses but nothing we were ready to pull the trigger on (this is the beginning of October). So we went home and Nicole started emailing us listings. There was one house that we wanted to see but we couldn't get away. Nicole went out and face timed us for a walk-through. Since we were relocating there wasn't urgency on our end. We were looking for a turnkey house that hit all our must haves. Anyway, my husband was on a quick trip to Tucson and I was in California when I went on Zillow and saw this sweet fixer upper in a great area. My husband called Nicole to see the property. I guess she was unavailable because she told him Nick would meet him at the property. Nick was great - he's unpretentious, friendly and knowledgable. We wrote an offer on the fixer and with their recommendation added an escalation clause. Our offer wasn't selected but became the backup offer. Anyway, all the stars aligned when the first party backed out and we got news that the sellers wanted to accept our offer. woot woot! The fixer didn't have everything we wanted but the location was so amazing and the price low enough that we decided to take on the project to get exactly what we wanted. I honestly didn't think we were in that headspace when we started looking. I really liked working with Nicole and was a bit bummed that we got kicked to Nick. Life happens though - it was during covid so who knows why this happened. On the up side...We also really liked working with Nick. They both were great and have gone the extra mile for us - before, during and after the purchase. Before we closed, two turn-key properties came up on Zillowthat we absolutely loved. We made a trip out to Tucson just to be sure we were making the right decision with our "fixer" - We passed on them, but those houses were very tempting. Nick recommended contractors and inspectors so we could get things inspected during our 10 day inspection period. He really made this part of the transaction go smoothly. My husband and Nick did the final walk through. Nick was with us every step of the way. After the sale we got a notice from the city that we had a water leak. One of our neighbors saw the notice and called the listing agent who in turn called Nick. Nick called us and was kind enough to go to the property to turn the water off for us. The only area that I felt didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped is with the lenders they recommended. There was some miscommunication that was really inconvenient especially around the holidays. I would highly recommend Nicole and Nick if you are looking to buy a property in Tucson. They are both professional, unpretentious, and know the area extremely well. It was a pleasure to work with them and we appreciate all their time and care.

They made, what can typically be a difficult, process quick and easy. Their knowledge of, and experience in, the Tucson real estate market made it easy getting to an acceptable offer and navigating through the various steps to close. Their efforts even included working tirelessly to find a home for all the furniture we chose not to take with us. Both Nicole and Nick and friendly, easy to talk to and understood the emotions that accompanied saying goodbye to our home. We have absolutely no complaints working with Nicole and Nick and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the very best in help selling their home.

From the first phone call I had with Terry, she was warm, friendly and immensely helpful. I was planning to move to Southern Arizona from another state and it wasn't easy to find a home in Tucson while living elsewhere. After discussing my "must haves" with Terry in detail, she made it work by scouting out properties on my behalf, and then giving me the low down. I then checked them out online and made the decision if I wanted to see them or not. In addition, I also did my own online looking and gave Terry the information on the homes I thought wanted to see. Terry would give me immediate feedback on my choices and we would discuss and decide if the home was worth seeing during my limited visits to Tucson. During my 2-3 visits to Tucson to see properties, Terry and I had a list of homes to see and she maximized my time by showing me properties that we've already discussed at length and were serious contenders. Terry gave me her honest opinions and I grew to trust her insights into the different areas of Southern Arizona. After all, Terry is a 20 plus year resident of Tucson and has a pulse on the different areas, their pros and cons and reputations. This is very important yo know when moving to a new area. Terry also gave me encouragement when I was discouraged about the real estate market and had lost a couple of homes that I was interested in because I wasn't local to act quickly. Even though I am recently retired, I ended up not opting for a 55+ active adult community. I'm glad Terry had me explore this option so that I knew it wasn't for me. I ended up buying a townhouse in a development near the Catalina foothills and am very happy with my new home, my new community of neighbors (who happen to be mostly retired and extremely welcoming and friendly) and the majestic views I have of the mountain range. Thank you Terry Bishop. I would highly recommend using Terry for your real estate needs.

Having recently bought a new home in Tucson, I would credit Terry Bishop with a Best of the Best…read moreRealtors Award. Beginning seven months ago, prior to my physical move, Terry was the only realtor of several I approached who sent preliminary reading materials which familiarized me with the Tucson area, and they were immensely helpful, both in general and to my specific search. The search, itself, was a five-month endurance trial which Terry made pleasurable with her eager willingness to continue looking, her personal concern for my well-being after I made a decision, and her excellent listening skills, all which ultimately led us to my recent purchase. I'd been in Tucson numerous times before, yet I didn't know this town nearly as well as I thought. In June, several weeks before actually moving, Terry took extensive time to familiarize me with neighborhood options, their pros and cons, and their access to that which a retired, 70-year-old single would find essential as well as simply attractive. Even at my age, I was determined to be an urban re-gentrification pioneer, living amidst galleries, cafés and an exciting cultural environment, yet what I bought is firmly suburban, within a 55+ community, with access to a strong hospital network, every imaginable big box store, and the Starbucks which is in every Barnes & Noble, and I'll add that I am tremendously happy with my choice. Terry guided me with sensitivity, point-blank common sense, willingness to back up and head in a different direction, and unflagging determination to ensure my happiness, both now and in the future. Simultaneously, she was determined to address every detail which rises in the homebuying process, with access to plumbers and roofers as much as navigating the legal intricacies of a smooth closing. What sets Terry apart is her refined sense of the social, educational, geographical, and even political climate of the city in which I now live. She lends this to her clients. The result is finding the very best housing options one looks to a real estate agent for when one needs it most, yet knows least about, where and what that new home should be. I cannot praise her work enough. Terry is a paramount professional whose expertise provides know-how and sure-footed action at a time when uncertainty is the norm. The result is high satisfaction and peace of mind. During a "move", each of us wants these. And, to be sure, your very best resource is Terry Bishop!

The sales person after discussing all the options recommended before I replace the unit, to have it evaluated. Kyle from Samson and Sons came out and performed a mirid of tests both electrical and mechanical including pressure testing. He found a couple of corroded wires which he replaced at no additional charge and also made sure that the evaporator condensate drain line was clear and flowing properly. In the end he recommended that we not replace the unit as it was running well within manufacturers specifications. He recommended that we run it until it dies. As a company who is in the business of selling new HVAC systems they had every motivation to recommend a replacement but did not. When my unit does die, I will only purchase its replacement from Samson and Sons!
