Good value on not having to pack your own items, which I recommend not to do before hand. --Products/Service-- Various services from mailing to packing to Amazon returns. All in one shop. --Capacity-- Indoors space can be very tight. I say no more than 12 people they customers will have to start waiting outside. --Overall-- Great in and out for Amazon returns, my only grip is the line since I feel two people are not enough but for the space and traffic I cannot see adding more employees would help. This package which I paid to pickup at an access point has been delayed MULTIPLE times for UNKNOWN reasons. Yesterday I was called by this access point at 11:00AM on Friday, April 24, 2026. So I checked to see if this package was there and oddly according to ups.com at 9:44AM the package was delivered to this access point and magically at 10:12AM the package was in their possession AND there was a request to change delivery (FYI: not by me). The person working there is beyond rude and condescending and for some reason was super suspicious of my picking up the package. Because the metropolitan area is full of Crystal Pendergrass-es out stealing other Crystal Pendergrass' jelly beans. After she deemed my driver's license to be real, she was unable to scan the package because despite it being there for LESS THAN 24 HOURS it was marked to be returned. So I am still package-less thanks to a perfect display of incompetence.

That is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When customers trust a shipping company with important or valuable items, they expect accountability and proper handling of their packages. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before shipping through this company because they seem very irresponsible when it comes to handling customers' products and resolving issues fairly.
