Mutation Brewing Company - Scoville hot chicken is located inside

    Mutation Brewing Company

Brewery #437…read more Mutation Brewing was an unassuming brewery in a cinderblock building but with a great outdoor area. They didn't have flights or at least weren't serving them that night. So, I got 2 different beers, and both were really good. Galactic Fuzz 5 and Sharks w/ Lazer Beams Attached to their Heads (what a great name!) with both delicious IPA's. So why only 3 stars? Well i ended up here on EDM night and I am a 50-year-old. I tried to escape the "boom boom boom", except they had speakers outside too, so I went on the roof top area, and they were setting a DJ up there too. Not my vibe at all. The beer was great; the vibe was shit. I like my beer without glowsticks and epileptic seizures. So if the vibe is for you, go and if it's not check their calendar.

This is a pretty dope brewery setup. I only say this because of the way the layout and setup is…read more It's a really nice place. Right off Roswell Road, you'll be able to come into the parking lot, and it's free parking and it's their own parking lot. It has multiple levels, so there is plenty of space to do a lot of things or bring large groups to it as well. The bar itself is pretty large, and it actually goes and extends on multiple sides, so the bar is basically double. If you go up to the top, there is a bar there, but the last time I was there it wasn't active. Honestly, the last time I went, I went to get some hot chicken because they have a Nashville hot chicken spot in there. That was my primary reason, but it's still a really good place to go if you want a brew.

    Estate - The Sun Porch

    Estate

    Buckhead

I had my wedding here in April 2016. After looking at a bunch of different in town wedding venues,…read moreI chose the Estate. I needed a location that could accommodate the wedding ceremony and the reception. The Estate was able to do this effortlessly without sacrificing the beauty of the wedding ceremony or the fun of the reception. I loved planning my wedding at the Estate because it is a one stop shop: they did our flowers, decorations, linens, food, bar service, valet parking and our cake! As a busy bride, it is so helpful to not have to coordinate with numerous vendors. The artistry of the floral arrangements blew me away. The venue was a hit with our guests as it is an interesting building that allows the wedding to flow seamlessly from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. The venue is tucked off Piedmont Road behind a nondescript brick wall and gate. It is the kind of place you've driven past a million times and never thought twice about. Once you go through the gates of the driveway, you won't forget it. The landscaping and trees that surround the Estate make it hard to believe you are in the middle of Buckhead (we got some great outdoor photos). The main house is a historic antebellum home with a huge sun porch, chic interior design and beautiful art on the walls. There are at least 4 spaces for bars in the main house with a ceremony space and ballroom built off the side of the original structure. I'd recommend having your wedding here-- it was easy to plan with the staff at the Estate and the wedding was so beautiful thanks to their work.

My wedding at The Estate in March 2017 was worth every penny! The professionalism, expertise,…read morepatience, and talent from each and every person at Legendary Events are unparalleled. Michele took my dreams and turned them into a beautiful reality! The flowers, linens, décor, etc. were exactly what I envisioned. She is so easy to work with and a consummate professional. John was an exceptional addition to Michele. He made sure things ran smoothly and everything was going as planned. Ernest, our individual server, was super attentive. Never once did I have to ask for a drink or bite to eat. I wish I could have him with me every day! The food was "the best wedding food we've ever had" and you have an enormous amount of options to choose from. The property was pristine and is obviously kept up nicely. If you are looking for a wedding venue where you and your guests leave saying "Wow! That was perfect. Everything ran so smoothly", then The Estate is the place for you. I never thought a wedding day could run so seamlessly, but mine did thanks to the staff at Legendary events and the Estate.
