In fact, a stranger stopped me in the parking lot to take photos. My wife teared up a bit when I gave them to her. He contacted them, started an investigation into why the package hadn't arrived by the predicted arrival date. This was an important delivery that I'd paid a premium amount to be assured it arrived on time . When UPS still wasn't able to follow through( most times they can deliver on time) and the delivery was delayed from Friday morning arrival to the following Monday, Seth informed me that he would fully refund my shipping cost. He honestly felt bad that the delivery was not on time. He OFFERED the refund. I didn't need to negotiate a refund. I had an international package that needed to be shipped within a week via DHL. The manager (and owner I think) was thorough and helped me complete necessary paperwork before he carefully wrapped my goods with bubble wrap and put it in the shipping box. The international shipping prices are not cheap. However, the gentleman who took care of my order gave me a generous discount which I really appreciated. The building is clean, organized and it seems relatively new. There are desk top computers with printer access available for rent. There is a private parking lot in back of the building and plenty of street parking is also available. I highly recommend Post Express for your domestic and international shipping needs.
