Jacqueline put up with me coming up multiple times so I could make sure I got exactly what I wanted. We bought 2 slabs of granite and they NEVER pushed us toward anything that cost more. In fact, I was making my mind up between 2 and I asked one of the girls which she would pick (I had a piece of my floor and my sink with me). She picked the lesser expensive one which was my first pick from the start. That's hard to find in businesses these days. They wanted to see me happy and not try to squeeze every penny out of me. Anyone can have access to the main floor of BasBlue, where there is an INCREDIBLE cafe to get delicious drinks and food from. There is also a ton of seating for you to enjoy your food and drink and to cowork from as well. If you want to become a member, the upper floors are open to you with more collaborative and private spaces for you to enjoy! It is a non-profit organization and just a gloriously safe and intentionally-curated space to foster creativity and amazing vibes. They have a full kitchen, and the usual food on offer seemed like you would expect at a starbucks or better. They have drinks, coffee, and wine. The wine was higher end. And they use an ordering app so members at different rooms of the club can order easily. Lots of rooms. Dining and lecture rooms, lounge and club type rooms, conference rooms. A large event room. All really nice. There are smaller serving bars on the second and third floors. Depending on age, annual membership is 600 or 1200 dollars. It looked great. Maybe it could have used more restrooms, but that is sort of reaching for something negative to say.

Either way, they never called us back. I wish I could give them a better rating as their show room is gorgeous and they do have a lot of nice kitchen and bath items. Even more so because I added them as a business and posted their first pictures.I seen pictures of their work and of though it did look nice I can't comment on the quality. Nor can I really comment on anything other than the fact that they wasted my time and never called me back. I hope others have better luck than me. It may not have been the intention of our realtor, but when we feel like low-priority clients, it is not a good start. Especially when our realtor mentioned that she was showing houses to other clients with higher budgets. We understand that realtors are busy right now in the current market, but it is not beneficial to make your clients feel like they are peasants. Our common complaint was that our (main) realtor NEVER listened to us. We would mention things that we liked or wanted, but she would typically just go along with what she preferred anyway. For example, when it came down to accepting an offer on our listed home, we expressed interest in one of the offers. Instead, she wanted us to choose the competing offer because she preferred working with the other listing agent. Huge mistake. We ended up paying for it - literally. This particular offer requested that we pay a daily rent rate. We again expressed to our realtor that we did not like or agree with this arrangement. She told us to move forward with this offer because the buyers offered $5K more. Which in the end, only benefited her. Overall, we partially blame ourselves for continuing to work with the Dwellings team and not dismiss them right from the start. This was a huge learning process for us and lesson learned - we will never work with this team again. This was such a dreadful and stressful process for us to go through, it is not one that we would like to remember. As first time homebuyers, we were hoping to work with a realtor that we could trust and one that would guide us through the process. Unfortunately for us, this was not the case.
