I told the counter person that was just replaced. Seemed to drive fine that night. The next day noticed a slight misfire. Stopped by to notify a week later. Was told to bring it in. Dropped off and got a call they could not get a misfire. So $375 to replace a part that was replaced a month prior and no solution. I even told the service writer I have Screenshot data that shows it was misfiring, but he did not ask to see it and only started to bring up work that was not related to this issue. Not happy!

First accident I've ever been in and I picked this shop. Right off the bat the customer service wasn't ideal but ya never know so I listened to his estimate and went through with them taking the claim. My truck would have been totaled if the value exceeded 5k my insurance claim total with them was just a hair under 5k. The timing was way longer than they told me for the "repairs " to be done. When I drove C the truck in I told them that there was a wobble and I think the axel got bent from the impact. "We'll " look into it" is the answer I got. When I picked up the truck they had multiple charges on the invoice that only brought the cost up things like all new bed bed bolts for the whole box, just little things that I didn't understand. But they didn't put a new axel on the truck but told me they checked the axel and it was just fine it wasn't bent. I drove the truck off the lot felt the same wobble that was only there after the impact of the accident. I lived over the tire and I could see with my eyes that the axel was bent. I ended up bringing my truck to Denis at Johnson's auto in Moorhead. He not only confirmed my worry but got an axel in for me the same day and had my truck ready for me the next morning. If I knew Johnson's did body work they would have got my insurance claim instead, that's my fault.. the charges for the axel repair was around $1300. Well when I added up the honest repairs total that had to be fixed on my truck plus the axel cost it totaled over 5k so Fargo's finest auto body literally lied to my face let me drive out of there knowing my axel was bent save they didn't fix it. They lied to the insurance company and maxed out their invoice total to just a hair under the max value just to get as much as there could. Dishonesty, liars, crooks and poor morals are the words I'd use to describe that shop. They should be looked into for insurance fraud and what they consider honesty to the consumer . My windshield trim was also removed on the front passenger side for some reason flew off on the interstate and my son felt air coming through the side of the windshield when I brought that up they said they didn't do it but funny it was not like that prior to them touching my vehicle. I'm telling you Johnson's auto in Moorhead is the only place I'll bring my truck to if I have to bring it in. *as to the response that the owner gave-that's a crazy way to respond to someone's negative experience at your shop. You can try and call out what you would like. It was my truck I think I understand what "really" happened. You I never had any contact with nor did you touch or help me with my truck. As far as your paperwork you speak of i literally bent over my tire and seen with my eyes the axel was bent and had it fixed proper at an honest shop. Your response says it all and shows your character not mine. Seeing how you never contacted me to try and make this right I just had to look at Yelp to see you called me out but again this shop isn't honest and as you can see the customer service is far less than poor.
