I dropped my car off 30 minutes before a 12pm appointment, its supposed to take between 2-3 hours to complete I came back at the 3 hr mark and simply asked what the status of my car was and questioned why the old windshield hadn't been removed yet, you would have thought I asked this woman for her first born child the fit she threw having to get up from her seat was the kind of thing you see a 3yr old do when its past their nap time! What I ask you is the point of making an appointment paying for a service to be treated as a pest for expecting your vehicle to be finishedn a timely manner and to not be treated as a pest for asking how much longer it would take?
