Anastasia was so professional and helpful in ensuring I re-gained confidence in the industry and all her vendors. She followed up with all the vendors I had and the ones I I thought I had.... on the final week we even got last minute rain forecasting. I am blown away how magical my wedding was and I owe it ALL to Ana and Ann!!!! It was the wedding of my dreams. From beginning to end! My husband and I were beyond pleased. Words will never be able to express how grateful I am. I am just still amazed by the services Mango Weddings provided! Even after my wedding, they are still helping me organize my wedding photos and providing exceptional service. They helped me find the most beautiful location. We viewed many places. They treated me like family. They treated me so well. I can't tell you how many emails I sent them throughout the entire process and they responded so swiftly each and every time. I met with another planner from a hotel and they were stuffy and it didn't feel right. Once I met with them, I knew it was the right fit. They truly care about your happiness and work tirelessly to achieve that. I ended up choosing the first place we viewed. The most gorgeous beach in all of Tulum. They also helped me find the most amazing photographer! We had a caricature artist, Photo Booth, videographer, 2 photographers, live music and great dj. They also arrange transportation. This planner did not even try to find out who the members of the grooms family were. Because I chose a suite next to my sons room, my room faced where the weddding was to be. The rest of my family who did not want to pay what I did for the suite were as far away from the wedding as possible. At the wedding ceremony, the wedding planner told my family not to sit in the front row. So my sons Grandma was forced to sit in the back. The wedding planner was not there for the bride on the day of the wedding. Wi fi was out so the bride could not print out her vows she wrote. Wedding planner disappeared. At 2 different events I was told I could not go into the dinner event and party event because it was private even after I explained I was the mother of the groom. Times for events changed and there was no coordination with the wedding planner to let our family know what was going on. I was the one running around the hotel trying to pull people together. The groom and the groomsmen were not ready for photos because no one bothered to tell them. The final straw was at the at the wedding dinner. The wedding planner had zero control. When people wanted to stand up and speak, the DJ's just kept playing music During the day it was extremely hot and windy and you would expect her to be dressed for running around the hotel to make sure all the finishing touches were in place. You would not expect her to be wearing the same thing for the event! She was dressed inappropriately for the wedding and dinner event. I would never recommend this company to anyone having a beach wedding at the "The Beach" or "Cabanas Hotel". If I was the one that picked them I would have demanded a refund. This was awful. The Beach Hotel and Ziggy's Bar did a great job with all the decor and made this very special for my son and daughter....I would only make one suggesting they get a real dance floor and not whatever it is they called a dance floor. It was a little dangerous. I almost fell twice during the Mother Son dance.

Our wedding day coordinator, Cecilia, is incredible and she deserves a 10! Overall review: We fell in love with the wedding venues on this resort, and it was an easy decision to book a date! We had an early mishap and our wedding date was double booked so we had to select a new date. They were kind enough to include some services into our package to make up for the issue, and we moved on from that happily. We were told the planning process began 9 months before the wedding. My husband and I were excited and eager to start, but the lack of communication was actually alarming. We didn't start planning the wedding until 2.5 months before the date! I understand that they are a well oiled wedding planning machine, and honestly 2.5 months was enough time to plan everything (luckily I had the time to dedicate), but had they just been transparent and told us that the wedding planning process starts at 2 months prior, then that would have saved us 7 months of stress feeling like we're being ghosted lol. A few weeks before the wedding we were introduced to our wedding day coordinator, Cecilia, and she is AMAZING. Super responsive and kind. We love her and the wedding went PERFECT. Every detail my husband and I wanted, was executed. Our guests were stunned by the beauty of the ceremony and reception (extra shoutout to the gorgeous florals). We received comments about how well the day flowed and that the food was outstanding. The DJ took our playlists and really understood our music choices and the dance floor was quite literally never empty. We are beyond happy with the end result.

We communicated multiple times to make sure everything would go as planned and it did. Several days before the ceremony, Elisa set up a call between me and one of her partners. On this call, we finalized details like the order of our music playlist, the order of the ceremony, etc. Elisa's partner told me what to expect the day of our ceremony. On the day of our ceremony, the wedding coordinators onsite (Nicia, Deyana, and Vivian) did a great job of making sure all the details were worked out. My husband and I were so pleased with how everything went! We would definitely suggest using Lomas for your wedding planning services.
