The only complaint and I'm nitpicking was there was not much added flavor. Unless you added the tar tar sauce, you tasted the fish and fillings added. Which by themselves were very good. Next we tried the octopus, I prefer squid to octopus but the wife loves octopus. This was very good, it was chargrilled which made it less chewy the usual, so I really enjoyed it. It came with a yellow sauce that the waitress said was spicy. But I didn't find it spicy, in fact it really had little to no flavor. So I could take it or leave it. Finally we had the shrimp pizza, seemed like a crazy combo, however it was very good. It is a thinner pizza so it was crispy, the flavors all worked well. I'm glad we had the rest to take back to the air b n b for lunch the next day. While we were eating someone started shooting fireworks off of the water. So that was an added bonus. The weather was perfect, the food was great. I finished the dinner with a passion fruit margarita. It was very tasty, the only part I didn't like was the end where alot of seeds would get sucked up. There is no WiFi at the dock and I ended up having to pay via credit card which was an additional $50+ dollar fee, even though I was going using his iPad. Had I known in advance I would've just logged into my paypal account, but didn't realize until it was too late. He didn't communicate that part well. I was only there for a few days and people took the effort to learn my name and my personal preferences. To start, the room was incredible. I stayed in a suite and it had a juccuzi right inside the room and an ocean view with a hammock. The room also came with a mini bar which was restocked daily (although you could also call and request anything at any time). Every day they had a different schedule of activities for guests with quality entertainment (not tacky acts). They had all all white party with a circus one day which was fun, a foam party, bull riding and more. The food deserves its own review. It exceed my expectations by a lot. They had several food options to choose from, including an Asian restaurant, a Mediterranean restaurant, a mexican restaurant a cafe and a global buffet. The restaurants were all open extended hours until 10 or 10:30 so there were always food options available. The global buffet did different themed dinners every night. Of the restaurants, I liked all but I'd say the Mediterranean was the most high quality. The preparation and taste was on par with any top NYC restaurant. The octopus dish was especially memorable. Second favorite was probably the Mexican restaurant. They have a chef from Oaxaca who makes a great mole. At each restaurant, the managers always made an effort to stop by my table to make sure I had what I needed. The employees genuinely care about serving you and they do it gladly. Sometimes you go to places where the employees are disgruntled or have a bad attitude. Not the case here at all. Everyone seemed generally happy and in a good mood.
