Called Quinn. He was simply fantastic. He answered his phone in two rings. We arranged for him to come over the very next day. Have you ever seen the movie Wreck-It Ralph? Well this guy is fix it Felix. And I'm not just saying that because he fixed all of our issues. He actually reminds me of the character. He is very affable, earnest, Boy Scout like, really wants to help you in every way. Goes the extra mile. One of our issues was very difficult (A problem with our transfer switch) and he went home that day to search and analyze our issue. Came back the next day with the fix. After he was done with everything, on his way out he noticed that the door was squeaking a little bit and he got out his WD-40 to polish that off as well without any additional compensation. I am ploy 160 people in my business. These types of folks are gems. Cannot recommend him enough.

On the day of the inspection, Mike showed up on time at the RV dealership and coordinated with the service staff. Additionally, Mike brought in an expert on the Mercedes Diesel drivetrain to provide me with a reassurance of its condition. Mike and his two inspectors allowed me to walk-around while they explained to me the operation of certain RV systems which I was not familiar with. Mike and his team even took time to make repairs in a couple of areas. The inspection results were delivered to the service department for their action prior to me taking delivery.
