After reading the reviews, I figured they were a great company to replace my Acura headliner. Unfortunately this was not the case. 2 young guys show up at my office ready to get to work in a beat up mini van with no signage, probably personal vehicle. The installer showed me a tan color material, and tells me it is a good match, but doesn't seem to see that my headliner was gray. After 3 minutes of working on trying to get a sun visor removed, I am then informed it was broken, and he can not spend 30 minutes to an hour trying to remove it, and since it was broken, he probably wouldn't be able to re install, and I should buy new ones. I know my car extremely well, and know that was not the case. So when I said it wasn't like that, the installer got a bit snippy with me, which at this time pretty much did it for me. Now for the epic part. Good old Youtube to the rescue. After watching a 2minute video, I removed and re installed my sun visors twice. All in about 5 minutes for both visors. As for the sun visor being broken, the actual tensioner for the visor is now broken, works fine up and down, but not if you want to swing it to the side. None the less, I want to make sure anyone looking for a mobile headliner repair, sees this and learns from my experience with this company. Buyer beware. read more

But here's what stood out to me. 1) he gave me an estimate quickly and accurately 2) his price was less than half what another company wanted 3) he was hard working and courteous 4) something small went wrong and I called him the next day--long story short, he researched it ordered the part and fixed it. These days I am used to people blaming others and not standing behind their work. Bill and his company come from an old school of business--do the customer right. I woke up later that week thinking about that. Who wakes up thinking about a headliner company (unless it's your job)? They just did a great job with no fanfare--merely honest hard work.
