They also sent new girls all of the time so she had no idea what stranger was coming to her house day after day. However, most of the help she had were young girls that were still going to school (nothing wrong with that) but had absolutely no experience with home care. Didn't know how to clean, cook, make a bed or do laundry. They didn't drive, so they had to take a bus and were always late or simply didn't show up. Because they didn't drive they could not get her groceries or take her for any appointments, which they said they would do for her. They were young and ALWAYS had their phone in their hands. They sat, fell asleep, played on their phones, did not finish their duties. Would wash dishes but wouldn't dry them and put them away. They would ask mom for food or drink. Many times mom shared her dinner (frozen dinners that my sister and I had prepared) with them because they were hungry. I would NOT recommend this company for home care. So many times I would call my mom and she would be crying because she was so upset with her help or should I say non-help. My opinion is if they paid more they could get professional help that know how to do their job, not a bunch of kids who really don't care or have any idea what they are doing. The 1/2 star is for the good ones. Thankfully she had a couple of them.

We also received concerns about her conduct from multiple outside individuals who interacted with her. We reported these issues and expected the agency to take them seriously and respond quickly. Instead, communication was slow, inconsistent, and required repeated follow-ups. When you're trusting an agency with someone vulnerable, professionalism, safety, and responsiveness are non-negotiable. That standard was not met here. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.
