We flew to see Dr. Cooper for a 4-day intensive and it was amazing! My daughter enjoyed going each day because he made it fun, and we saw many symptoms improve in just 4 days!! Dr. Cooper drew us a diagram of how her cerebellum and basal ganglia were affecting other areas of her body and contributing to the symptoms, as well as videos to continue strengthening these areas once we got home. He ruled out POTS and noticed that she has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and a swollen thyroid. These are things that other doctors missed. Also, I had spoken to my doctor because they were planning on discharging me and the doctor said they did not want me discharged so I called to speak to my therapist. The person at the front desk. Sydney refused to get them for me refuse to give them a message when I said, I will try and reach them when I come in for therapy. They informed me that they would be busy with other not be able to help me at that time. I was able to finally leave a voicemail for my therapist and very disappointed in the fact that my call was never returned. In the beginning, things started out well with Prairie Rehab but they quickly went south and they've even worse and management could care less. It doesn't seem to strike them one bit. I guess they have plenty of that they're fine with losing a few but you start losing one and then it becomes two and then it becomes three and it compounds and compounds on itself.
