Awesome veteran-owned and operated business!…read more Before having my home painted, I initially stopped by Cali Green Paint's office / storefront to inquire about their services. I spoke with Edi Santos (the owner) and Sadie, whom is Cali Green Paint's Interior Design Specialist, about my need for an indoor paint that has low or zero VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). To my surprise they exclusively use VOC free paints (that are also anti-microbial). After further discussion, I decided to give them a chance...which I'm glad I did. Pros: - Highly knowledgeable and professional staff - Affordable price point for service(s). - Superior work quality - Cali Green Paint finished painting my home on-time (as scheduled). - They use paints that won't harm your health and good for the environment Cons: None I highly recommend Cali Green Paint.

Well.....Cali Green Paint came through with flying colors (literally and figuratively)! : ) Not only did they finish on time, but they also left the place super clean when they left. Sadie and her team were professional, answered questions, gave super helpful advice, showed up on time and stayed late, so I could get the work done before my next renter showed up! I interviewed a lot of people before giving these guys the business....and I'm sure glad I did! She was very warm & friendly, she put my worries at ease and started throwing out some design ideas. I loved her design style...I was able to trust in her ideas. She has many design packages that I could customize to how much time I needed to have her consulting services. She helped me to select color schemes and design for the window coverings. She coordinated the painting of the front room and dining room. She coordinated everything from installation to final walk through. I love how it all looks, my house looks fabulous! I love coming home to see the great changes. Because I trusted her completely and saw what she already did, we were in the middle of re-designing my daughter's bedroom and decided to consult with her on the project. We had all the bedding, rug, and drapes picked out, but didn't quite get to the walls yet. Teresa came in, took a sample swatch of the colors in my daughter's room, picked out a couple of the colors and matched the colors perfectly. My daughter LOVES her room, LOVES what Teresa was able to do! If you are thinking of using a design consultant but are skeptical like I was, DON'T BE! I am not one to to break a contract but I did not feel the designers were utilizing my time but more importantly staying focused on my budget. As I bid my farewell, I decided to take the complete redo of my new home in my own hands. During this time, I was trying to keep my head above the water making design choices with tile, paint lighting, furniture, etc. In addition, I was the general contractor and hired the people to do the work. Then I met James, the owner and master designer of Holloway Design Group. As I was drowning in this project, I was at Sunnyroad Interiors Design Center picking out fabric. I saw James and randomly asked him what he thought about my fabric choices. James, on his own time, began to assist choosing stunning fabrics. Before I knew it, he was putting my mind at ease and I loved his choices. This was the serendipitous event. I am ever so grateful of this event because I met James! James has been working for me since then. James work ethic is on top, because he is organized with appointments, vendors and invoices. He keeps you informed but most importunately he listens. I actually was up front with James in the beginning and said, we need to be transparent with each other and we have. James is respected in the showrooms we visited and contractors that we have interacted with. James' eye for design is truly outrageously stunning, gorgeous and WOW! James is ahead on trends with interior design. He is a natural when putting colors together. I must admit when people come over and say, "WOW!" I have to respond, "It was James." In the end, James has snap and is a mover and shaker. I am honored to be working with him and I would have it no other way. We are still waiting for furniture, due to shortage, however I promise pictures in the future. If you question if you should hire James, call him and request to talk to me as a reference.
