The repairs totaled IMHO more than the vehicle is worth, BRANDON was wonderful! My grandmother did decide against repairs to forgo a more reliable vehicle. Although I do believe ALL automotive care is inflated. The vehicle KBB is $3,440; two separate unrelated repairs were quoted at $2700, unless something came up during repair then it would obviously go up. We called orielly & autozone and asked the price of the parts for the $1000 repair and ALL parts, grease, tool were $248.12 with tax! $750 for 2 hours labor- you tell me if they are inflated or not. No lies, just honest, caring and helpful. I waited until Jan 31, 2026 to replace the brakes because of finances. Turns out my rotors were worn and should be replaced, with the front being priority over the back. He said I could keep the rotors if I could deal with a little squealing. I went ahead and had the rotors replaced too. The total for front and rear brakes, front rotors, and to fix something that was dragging under the car, came to $637, which I felt was reasonable. I highly recommend ETA Tire and Auto on Spencer Hwy and Center St., in Deer Park, TX because they are respectful, honest and not out to take your last dime. It was nice to hear that they are Christian owned! BONUS!!
