Not good…read more Garbage was left outside my garage, full cups of cold coffee left along the fireplace shelf near the new carpet, cigarette butts and nails in the driveway, dirty footprints across the new carpet (they did not wear protective shoe covers), food left in my fridge and freezer, toilet seat up, dirty footprints on the bathroom floor, and parts of the trim no longer matched the floor space and were therefore left off. I was finishing a teaching semester and closing on the house and moving all at the same time, so I did not report these issues until my head was above water again and I had a bill in my hands. I was disbelieved because there were no pictures. Was scolded over the phone when I asked them to make it right by knocking off a few dollars on the bill. They wanted to come out and "go over the job". I had already cleaned up the mess as I moved in. The guy on the phone got really nasty and the conversation ended. Unless you are ready to pay top dollar for irresponsible messes left behind for you to clean up and then get gaslit and blamed for it, find a different company.

I was told that Nathan has worked for them a long time and denied damages, so they said they believed him, not me. Evidently I didn't deserve a return call because why? Also Nathan did not present a bill or a receipt with his business name or address or TIN when I paid. I don't like being called a liar. And shouldn't they have insurance?

That never happened. My health got bad, and my floor got worse. When cancer was gone, contacted Chad again an played email tag for months. He said I should have taken care of this years ago...yes, YOU should have. He says my floor is falling apart due to animals. It's not. Subflooring was to be replace and it wasn't. He will not honor warranty. Never finished trim. DO NOT GO THERE. You'd have better luck buying flooring at a Kmart.

NK denied damages and the store said they have used this subcontractor for years so they believe him over me. So they are calling me a liar. They did not say anything about insurance.
