I also have to hand it to BJ who did the installations. We spread this project over 3 orders a couple weeks apart to take time figuring out what we needed. Each time, BJ was thorough, thoughtful, and fast. We have black windows throughout the house, which is new for us and made design selections a little trickier, but the results are outstanding. Wil and team went above and beyond to get the colors exactly right and ensure everything was measured and designed to spec for each window. There are way more decisions to make than you realize, so having someone knowledgeable to walk us through the options made all the difference. The results speak for themselves. I wish the photos did them justice! They're even better in person. We went with white 2-inch faux wood blinds (they look awesome with the black windows!), sheer black solar roller shades, and extra-large wood plantation shutters custom painted to match the window trim. I went to Budget Blinds at 244 Bullsboro Dr. (on Dec. 29, 2014) to see if they would offer a service for someone to shorten the blinds. When I asked if this service was offered, the clerk told me in a very rude, brusque way that they didn't do that. I asked if he knew of someone who could help, and he replied while smacking his gum that he doubted if I could get *anyone* to do this. He sneered that whoever owned the house before we did probably got their blinds from Home Depot. This is a poor way to treat a potential customer. If he wasn't so busy being condescending to me, he could've shown me how to do it myself.

The first time they came the shade/ screens were the wrong color. 2nd time the longest screen mechanism at the front of the patio bowed which did not allow it to operate properly The 3rd time the other side of the patio the blind was made not wide enough to fit into the tracks to fit into the tracks that they travel up and down on. Out of nowhere we received a letter informing us they are not coming back. They have completely abandoned us with an unfinished system attached to our house, unused parts on the patio and a $7,000 deposit. ((((( HELP)))))

We paid $7,000 deposit and got: X WRONG color blinds (replaced after months) X A blind that is too long and heavy for the motor (inoperable - wrong from the beginning) X Another blind made too small for the tracks (inoperable) X ZERO follow-through, ZERO resolution Now after months of "we'll fix it" they sent a certified letter saying the project is now "UNECONOMICAL" ... and they're withdrawing. TRANSLATION: They messed up! They owned their mistakes! They promised to fix them! Then they kept our money and RAN! We are left with an incomplete system attached to our house while they walked away with our money. The Blind Guyz are: UNETHICAL IRRESPONSIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL Not only did they not even have the integrity to call to explain themselves and discuss any other options, they will not return any phone calls. We are suffering because of THEIR MISTAKES. SAVE YOURSELF! I was robbed BLIND by the BLINDS GUYZ. We hope no one else has to go through what we did. DO. NOT. TRUST. THEM.
