I decided to order a new, repurposed Louis Vuitton belt that was 30% off on Black Friday. Original price $160 sale price $112. As soon as I received the belt in the mail, I tried it on and the silver tip came off in my hand! I looked up their return policy which does state "all sales final." I can see why, it seems they sell defective merchandise. At least my belt was defective. I reached out to the company to ask if they had an exception for circumstances like mine but I received no response. Nothing. So I wrote again asking for a response. Again nothing. Obviously their goal is not to make things right for their customers. I won't be purchasing from them again and I will dispute the charge on my credit card. Buyer beware!
