Wow - I don't know where to begin! Juliette CHANGED MY LIFE. Seriously. I've invited more people over to hang out/see my incredible looking place in the past week than I had in like the past year. Getting dressed in the morning is an ENJOYABLE stress free experience because I know where everything is. Coming home is refreshing because I come home to a clean open space and I can relax rather than look at a messy cluttered home and feel overwhelmed. Truthfully I was reluctant to have someone in my space - I'm pretty particular about my stuff, and had what I would generously describe as "organized chaos." Even though it was messy and cluttered - I knew where mostly everything was. I also was embarrassed that it was constantly in disarray. I knew my apartment had potential, but every time I tried to go through and organize myself, I would get overwhelmed or discouraged and give up in favor of just leaving it as is. As a result, I never wanted to have people over to my home, and doing simple things like getting dressed in the morning was consistently frustrating - if you can't find ANYTHING, it's hard to have a calm morning! My apartment now is a place where I feel re-energized and not totally stagnant. Everything is in a place that makes sense. Wow! Juliette is a life changer!!! Last year she spent three days at my apartment moving like an energizer bunny, to help me go through way too many years of "stuff". Juliette is incredible! She has a great eye, is very creative and was able to stay within our budget. My significant other and I moved in together - with a lot of stuff and very different styles. My consultation with Juliette exceeded my expectations. I needed help figuring out how to light my (small, dark, NYC) apartment. I wasn't sure what to expect from our appointment. Juliette is really lovely and easy to work with. I appreciated her concrete guidance on lighting. She explained why my lighting told me what would work better and why. Juliette also made excellent suggestions for rearranging my wall art, paint, rugs, and wallpaper. I liked that she gave me suggestions for vendors. One thing that stood out to me was that she had new ideas that I never thought of -- like put up a murphy bed.
