Dawn promised refills on meds and that was 4 days and 3 phone calls ago! Dawn was abrasive, abrupt and dismissive when we made two of our three calls. Still don't have them and Madison said there was some sort of computer malfunction after 20 minute hold today. This is for my service dog and is beyond unacceptable. We are now urgently looking for another vet. I no longer trust these people. Horrible.

We were recommend Unleash Fido by several people. We scheduled an hour long consultation with Travis who ended up giving us 90 minutes of his time to learn about Lily and discuss their program. Lily had several issues, such as pulling on the leash, lunging at cars, barking at people + other dogs and going absolutely crazy when Amazon/UPS was delivering a package. Ultimately, we booked Lily into their month-long Obedience Training Camp. After receiving weekly report cards that contained photos, videos and a brief update on how the last week was, we were finally ready to pick-up Lily. Our first time picking her up was also our first training with her. We worked on establishing place, having her heel while walking, and working on other things around distractions. Within the first 24 hours back at home, our investment in this training payed dividends. She's obedient on walks, doesn't mind others passing by, comes to us on call, goes to place when told and so much more. We'd highly recommend anyone who's dealing with behavior and/or obedience issues to look into Unleash Fido! It was so embarrassing to have an unruly dog, and this was a true investment that we are so happy we made.

The dogs take turns in different rooms depending on the size of the breed. My dog is 20 lbs so he stays with the smaller dogs. They rotate between 2 or 3 different areas so that they're not stuck in one room for the whole day. I don't know much of their procedures, honestly. But I do know that they give the dogs nap time. I have seen reviews where some owners' dogs receive some type of injury or they found their dog to be in the crate because of an "argument". However, I haven't had much of a problem with that yet. I enjoy bringing my dog here. I do wish they had multiple locations.
