I live alone but for my cats, happily so, and so losing a member of my household - especially such a simple, happy, funny one - was horrific. Ash and the team at Crevasse's took the time to know us as a family, to understand what my wishes for her were, and to know me as a person. I never felt condescended to or coddled. They met me where I was. It meant I was able to grieve in peace with full knowledge that I didn't need to be afraid of what was happening to her.
