If you want to meet some really kick ass and totally awesome firefighters, this is the station to come to. I understand that this fire station is totally out of the way, but if you are ever up on your way to Julian, you need to stop by here and pay the firefighters here a visit and drop off some apple pie for them. These guys do so much for the surrounding towns around them, but the best thing about these guys at Station 85 is that they are all volunteers. The amazing guys and gals at this station spend their free time doing 24 hour shifts and sometimes, when they are done with their shift, they head off to their other job. The people here are so amazing and very nice. It is easily shown how much these guys here love doing what they do. All their hard work and dedication is put first to save the people when they get a call and with their small station, these guys do the best that they can do with what they are given! read more
