Imagine my dismay when IMC hospital pharmacy did not carry the bandages. 1 week after surgery, fighting exhaustion and intense pain, I had to scour the valley searching for this elusive specialty bandage. This Wound Care Clinic inside St. Marks Hospital came to the rescue! They carried the special wound dressing and were very kind and helpful. They also sold the item cheaper than anywhere else. I was taken back to the exam room within 5 minutes of checking in. I waited maybe another 5 minutes max for the doctor to come in. My entire visit took less than 40 minutes and that is unheard of in the medical world. Kudos to the them for being so efficient and yet warm and friendly. He always prescribed me the same medications that would work somewhat but never all the way. Eventually the antibiotics have stopped working all together. My acne is not better and I feel the dr just prescribed me a generic solution. He didn't ask me very many questions about my skin, and when I've told him it is not getting better (which he should be able to see) he would just give me the same prescriptions.. I am officially never going back there after they charged me for not showing up to an appt when I had changed my phone number and moved and had just forgotten. I have had…read moreissues with bunions for many years, so I decided to call them up and find out more about the study. I had never been part of a medical research study so I was a bit nervous. The study I decided to join is on post operative pain medication, and the operation was for bunion removal. This required a screening visit, onsite surgery, onsite post op stay/study (3 nights), and a few follow up visits to ensure proper healing. At every step of the process, I was made to feel very comfortable, and had all worries/concerns put to rest. I did proceed with the study and completed it with no issues. The team here was very friendly and always ensured that all my questions were answered. Since the study is done on site, there are always staff there to see to your needs. They answer their phone 24/7! You are allowed to have visitors while you stay (for me it was a 3 night study) during certain hours. They provide food/drinks and snacks whenever you want/need. Yes, the staff are real medical professionals. The Dr, was great (Dr. Royall), took the time to explain everything to me and even worked with me on the follow up appointments since I am not from the area. He did a great job on the surgery, and the incision appears to be very minimal (smaller than my sister who had hers done through traditional medical insurance). For anyone who was curious about this place, please put your mind at ease. also feel free to reach out to me if you have questions, I am happy to share my experience with this team and doctor. For me it was worth it and I may just do it again if there is another study once I am fully healed.

I came in with…read moreStrep Throat, it took them 5 minutes to wait in the lobby, 5 minutes to run the strep test, and 5 more minutes for Dr. Johnson to come in and diagnose me. It was probably the fastest, yet most productive Dr.'s visit I had. He was willing to work with our limited insurance, and there's an attached Pharmacy that has very good prices. 30 Amoxicillin pills (generic) were just over $10 without any prescription insurance. Dr. Johnson also strives to prescribe the cheapest medicine rather than taking advantage of the insurance companies, something I really like. The only complaint I would have, making it 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the walls are razor thin. You can hear the conversations in the room next door - just be aware of that, but it wasn't much of a problem for me. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson for your next visit!

The midwife did a ultrasound that lasted about two minutes. I read the notes on my chart and most of the notes on there were FALSE. Nothing on the notes we're discussed. Do not recommend for prenatal visits . They do not care about you and your needs!! Very upsetting after having to take a 4 hour round trip for this visit that I was looking forward to.

I was charged $303.00 of which $97.00 was covered by my insurance. Way overcharged I would say. He treated me for a follow up without charge almost a year later and when we did end doing an apicoectomy I felt like I was in the best hands. I barely felt the numbing needles, his technique is so on point! Go see him before you pull any teeth, or go the implant route or if you need a root canal.. he's the best!!

The nurses and office staff are pretty great too, they're all pretty friendly. Every procedure or consultation I've had were handled in such a professional manner, I am asked several times, by several people if I have any questions, or concerns. The way everything is explained to me makes me feel confident with my comprehension of the situation. For me, it's critical to have great communication with a doctor, and I have never had such a transparent and effective relationship with one before. Dr. Zempolich is quick, but thorough, and uses her time well. When things have come up and caused hiccups in the timing of appointments, the staff and Doctor are apologetic and as accommodating as possible. I did have some insurance confusion occur after my first appointment which has since been sorted out. Although from the beginning they had my insurance information, somehow it was processed without insurance. A couple of phone calls is all it took to sort out. The office and building aren't fancy or over the top. They're practical, nice and clean. This practice offers everything I need, the people are genuine, service is stellar, and I trust my Doctor.
