After leaving so many messages I finally received a call from billing saying this issue would be resolved. Let's hope its true.! This whole situation has given me so much stress and anxiety. The appointment staff helped me with a good MD recommendation (Dr. Munt was so professional, personable and kind), and the intake team (both front desk and exam room) were also friendly and professional. There is ample parking, and the location on Murray-Holladay Road is super easy to find with little area traffic to deal with. Also, the lab tech was just simply amazing--in fact, I didn't even feel a needle prick when she drew blood for my labs. Additionally, Granger has an easy to use patient portal where you can readily access the medical notes and test results from your visit, and confirm/amend appointments. Coming from a guy who has avoided primary non-emergent medical care for years, I can honestly say that there was absolutely nothing to complain about on this visit to Granger. Thanks for making everything so easy, Granger--I needed that!
