Despite the fact that I paid for a service I never received, they refused to offer a refund, a gift card, or even apply what I paid toward their current semaglutide package, even when I offered to pay the difference. I spoke with a receptionist who was extremely unhelpful and would not let me speak directly with management. She said she would pass along my message multiple times but never followed up or returned my call. It's unacceptable for a medical spa to take someone's money and provide no service or resolution.
