Everyone made you feel like a VIP for sure! I received an 80 minute deep tissue massage. Evan was an amazing masseur. Just what I needed! Keep in mind the amenities are available all day with in/out privileges. The men's locker-room has a steam room, a sauna, relaxation areas, water, tea and snacks, while the co ed area has a large hot tub a warm tub and an amazing shower. Everything is immaculate. Oh yes and I felt that the price was right! I will definitely be back when either staying in AC at the Hard Rock or elsewhere. PS: The champagne upon exit was a nice touch.

They offered a locker to put our things in (with custom locks), robes, slippers & towels. We used the sauna & steam room. Both were very clean. There was a communal hot tube and small pool as well. Make sure to bring a bathing suit if you want to use any of the amenities. The attendant was so attentive, making sure everything stayed clean & answering any questions. They offered hot tea, water bottles, nut/berry mix and apples. When it was time for our facials we went upstairs to the lounge. The massage therapist came out to get us. I had Lynda for the signature rock spa facial and she was amazing, very relaxing. After the facial we used the showers. They offered shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as hair dryers, hair gel & hair spray. As we were leaving, they gave us a glass of champagne. Overall the facility was very clean. We went on a Thursday so it was quiet and not crowded. Unfortunately we didn't have access to the outdoor pool but overall great experience.

I can see why it's loved and a great community experience, but it isn't my speed. The facilities all seem to be in good order- cold room, hammam, hot tubs, pools, plunge area, infrared, steam saunas, you DO have it all right here and can stay for ages including BYOB with many groups just drinking and rotating around while relaxing with friends. The atmosphere is cacophony- dozens of signs from different times and different fonts and different warnings plastered on every single surface. Hallways are small and dark. You have slippers and robes and towels easily available and everything you get is well priced. It's simply too loud for my spa preferences. It was odd who was asked to hand over phones to keep behind the front desk and who was not. And the shower in the ladies bathroom IS in bad shape. But I can see why it's hard to find parking during peak times and will be a go to place for many.

My friends and I arrived well before closing time and were sitting quietly at our table, not causing any disturbance. However, the staff began rushing us to leave significantly earlier than the posted closing hours. They started turning off the lights, stopped the music, and began cleaning right around us. It was clear they wanted us out -- despite the fact that we were still well within the allowed time. When we calmly questioned this and asked for an explanation, instead of engaging in a respectful dialogue, the staff called the police. Let me repeat that: the police were called simply because we were present during business hours and politely asked why we were being pushed out. It was humiliating, absurd, and completely uncalled for. I have rarely seen such blatant disrespect toward paying customers. An establishment that calls the police on well-behaved guests does not deserve even a single star. This kind of behavior by the staff is shameful and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend that management urgently review their service standards and retrain the staff. My friends and I will never return -- and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I…read morewas recommended by my cousin who swore that this place would help with body aches and pains. An appointment was scheduled for me and on the Sunday of my appointment Colleen greeter us and explained everything in great detail to us. You have to shower and wash your hair prior to getting in the tank and you have the option of going in your swimsuit or birthday suit, the choice is yours. You have a private room with a shower stall and a float pod. They provide the shampoo, conditioner (use after you get out the pod), ear plugs, towels and floatation devices for you to use in the pod. Now once in the pod, that's when it became tricky for me...I couldn't get myself in a comfortable position for the longest. Most people lay on their back and are comfortable that way with a floaty behind their head. Me on the other hand found my comfortable position to be on my stomach, resting my chin on a floaty with my arms extended 2 fingers locked. This was the best for me!! While trying to figure out my comfort position, I did begin to move, extend, and stretch the part of my body that I was having discomfort in and since then that part of my body has been feeling really well. I'm able to move it and everything with it being stiff and very painful before. I'd definitely go back. Colleen was helpful and answered all questions that I had. The one thing that I didn't like was the slimy feeling your skin has when you're in the float. Also, make sure you bring your own soap and things and shower VERY WELL when done so as not to bring salt with you.

From the moment we arrived, the spa had a warm, calming, and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. My massage therapist, Tisha, was amazing--so kind and professional, and her massage truly melted all of my stress away. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful and rejuvenating, and I left feeling completely relaxed and stress-free. This was exactly the kind of escape I needed, and I can't recommend Enchanted Day Spa (and Tisha!) enough. I will definitely be back!

That was the best decision I could have made. I had a truly relaxing, memorable experience. My therapist was Robbie who is a young man with a gentle but firm hand. I left feeling calm, taken care of and with my muscles completely relaxed. The prices at Enchanted are so affordable with the services being top quality. It is more than worth it to travel 10 minutes to get enchanting body services. Thanks Enchanted!!
