I have wanted to check out this local store for some time. Stopped by on a Sunday during their…read moreoperating hours. The sign said open and the window advertised specials. I walked into a small crowded space, which was dominated by a group of children doing crafts. I assume it was a birthday party. As I entered, the adults on the premises looked at me like I had two heads. Feeling like I had done something wrong, I said "I'm sorry, is the store open?" You would think that this is where someone in charge would realize they should have locked the door and put a sign up about the private party, and then apologize to the unwitting would be customer. Nope! One of the adults rolled her eyes at me and said "I suppose it's not." I think this may have been the parent hosting the party, but it's possible it was someone linked to the store. Then a person who I can only guess was an employee of the store said "no, take an envelope!" There were several unmarked envelopes on the door. Perhaps they contain the secret instructions required to infiltrate this establishment, something like bringing a quail's egg under the light of the waxing moon or saying a secret password. Because, I can attest that walking in the door during the store's hours of operation doesn't get you very far. I can't speak to the goods there, because I doubt I'll rouse enough nerve to try to enter here again.

What I like about this Mall is that it is big. What I do not like about it? It's so spread out and…read morenot consolidated under 1 roof. This Mall is spread out over 4 street corners. How weird is that? To get from one quadrant to another, you might have to drive. Anyway, I love the seafood supermarket. If this is not your cup of tea, lots of other retail outlets to choose from but go on a day where the weather isn't rainy and pleasant for walking.

This is a mall located in Mississauga with a couple of stores! It's not the biggest mall with many…read moreoptions but they do have some specialty stores like a perfume store and antiques. I recommend visiting it and checking it out. The food court also has some really good options such as Thai Express, Real Fruit Bubble Tea, KFC, A&W, etc. My favourite stores to go to at this mall is Winners, Miniso, and Showcase. What's also really cool is that they have Stuffy Riderz! Which is something that you pay to ride a stuffy animal around the mall. They also do have an arcade which is cool that I recommend checking out.

I've been in two different Children's Place locations - once while heavily pregnant, and once with a baby in a stroller. Both times, at both locations, I found the store to be cramped, over-crowded, and claustrophobic. The racks and aisles are insanely close together, and there is no room to pass anyone.... let alone for me to fit through on my own when I was hugely pregnant or with a stroller. Frustrated when I got myself stuck in a corner with the stroller, I vowed to never return. I hope someone from their Corporate Office store planning team catches on to this soon!

Designer Depot is a new store in Dixie Outlet Mall that replaced Labels…read more The staff and items seem to be the same. It seems as though they just gave it a different name. This store is so full of items that I don't know where to look first. It's actually confusing. As soon as I walk in, I already feel like I'm suffocating while drowning in all their clothing. This results in a very messy store! Also at the entrance, I don't see any security sensors or greeters. Designer Depot's clothing is made very cheaply. You pay for what you get. After a couple of washes, the shirts get fuzzy. The clothing isn't even worth buying, unless you plan on wearing it once... The staff isn't very friendly, save for maybe one or two people. I've been in that store three or four times, and I don't plan on going back. I never feel very welcome, like they don't want people bothering them. The last time I was there, I had to wait several minutes at the counter before being attended. I was the only one in line, and I only had one item. The holdup was caused by a manager scolding a part-timer IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. All of the customers could hear it. The manager was unnecessarily rude. Even the employees were all crowding around the two people, listening in and not even bothering with the customers. No one even told me to "wait just a minute". Nope, I just stood there waiting. I should have just left the item there and gone home, because that store doesn't deserve my money. Once somebody finally attended me, I didn't receive an apology for the wait. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! tl;dr worst customer service ever, too many items, extremely cheap quality.
